**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. The whole apartment is strictly non-smoker, including the terrace.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short minutes by car (or on a bicycle), you will be able to access the Avenue Maréchal Juin, a main thoroughfare that will lead you to the following points of interests in less than 5 and a half minutes:

- The famous and trendy beaches of the Palm Beach and the Croisette.
- The Boulevard Alexandre III, for a night at the theater.
- The Port Canto harbor, to rent a luxury boat, or just sit on a bench along the docks and wish you could rent a luxury boat.
- The Nikki Beach cafe, where you can sip a specialty cocktail, with or without alcohol, and dream about renting a luxury boat.
- The famous Croisette seafront boulevard, to take a leisurely stroll along the beach and maybe take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats (and pretend they are luxury boats).
- The famous Rue d’Antibes, to admire all the upscale boutiques and do some shopping.
- Go a little further and discover the beaches of Cap d'Antibes and Juan Les Pins.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
