Zentral im wunderschönen Florac gelegen.Bäcker um die Ecke, Startpunkt für Wanderungenin die Cevennen, Ausflüge in die Tarn- oder Jonteschlucht. Sehr gut ausgestatte Fewo, Parken allerdings nicht am Objekt, sondern ca. 300m entfernt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der netten Gastgeberin.

Les cevennes spot de randonnée sur les traces, d'Urbain 5, de Stevenson mais aussi haut lieu chargé d'histoire aux patrimoines culturel et de terroir très riche. Pour les enfants, en saison estivale, lieux de baignades le long du Tarn. À conseiller sans aucun doute.

Super Appartement!

Das Appartement ist komplett neuwertig und wirklich vollständig ausgestattet. Es ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Das Bett ist hervorragend und die Möglichkeit auf die grosse Terasse zu gehen ist prima. Zentral gelegen, nur 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und zum Zentrum zu gehen (!) Freies Parken in 10 Gehminuten entfernt - kein Problem.

Le logement est très proche du centre ville de Florac et proche d’un parking gratuit. Il est très spacieux, très propre, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La communication a été idéale, notre hôte étant par ailleurs de très bon conseil. Petit bémol : la terrasse et le logement sont un peu exposés au bruit de la rue qui peut être assez passante à certaines heures. Ceci étant dit, excellent séjour dans cet appartement que nous recommandons.

Eine Ferienwohnung in der Stadt

Nach etlichen Urlauben an einsamen Orten auf dem Land haben wir dieses Mal eine Ferienwohnung in einer kleinen Stadt gewählt. „The seemingly spacious Floracoise break“ befindet sich fast im Zentrum von Florac. Die Parkmöglichkeiten wurden in den letzten Jahren von der Stadt offenbar eingeschränkt; es wäre sicher gut, wenn der Vermieter die Infos dazu aktualisieren würde; so ist es ein bisschen, hm, irreführend. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist relativ ruhig. Von der riesigen Dachterasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Felsen an Ostseite des Tals, aber auch auf die Wälder im Westen. Das Beste aber ist, man kann Einkäufe zu Fuß erledigen, aber auch etliche Wanderwege erreichen, ohne das Auto zu benutzen. Davon abgesehen ist in Florac am Wochenende praktisch immer was los, Märkte, Konzerte,...

Un petit bijou !

Le logement est idéalement situé avec des commerces aux environs. Le parking au pied du logement est appréciable. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé… avec une vaste terrasse. Le poêle à granulés est très agréable et facile à utiliser. Rien ne manque ! De nombreuses balades, aux alentours… Un grand merci à Laura, pour sa réactivité, lors de nos échanges… Merci également pour les petits cadeaux à l’arrivée. La confiture était divine … 😉

Un sans faute !

Logement cosy et superbement rénové avec des petits détails déco qui sont appréciables, chaleureux, confortable (le lit notamment), fonctionnel avec tous les rangements nécessaires. Il est en plus idéalement situé à Florac et dans une région magnifique. Laura est à l’écoute. Merci pour les petites attentions !
