This beautiful house is located in a very quiet environment, is fully equipped, well furnished and is perfect for children. It is 93m² and is ready to accommodate six people.
To spend a comfortable stay, the house has everything you need, namely its two furnished terraces, one of which is equipped with a jacuzzi, which will allow you to relax.

## Logement
Sleeping six people, this spacious house is bright, warm and will make you feel at home.
It includes, on the first floor, three bedrooms with 2 double beds (one 160 x 200 and the other 140 x 200) and 2 single beds (90 x 200), a bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin and a toilet and on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a toilet and a beautiful living room opening onto the dining room. Its real asset is its furnished terraces which will allow you to have lunch with your family and to enjoy a small spa area to relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Outdoor electric barbecue, Parking, Nespresso coffee machine (accepts compatible pods), Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Heating, Garden.
2 Btwin bicycles with locks are available.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller.

The accommodation is appreciated by travellers because of its ideal location and is 6 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike from the town, the Maison Louis David Museum, the Port du Bétey and 5 minutes from the Andernos-les-Bains Aerodrome. And for your daily shopping, you will find an Intermarché 4 min by car or by bike.

Finally, to mark your stay, don't miss to visit: the castle of Founettes 5 min by car, the church of Saint-Eloi 7 min, the small oyster museum, the Port Ostréïcole Andernos-les-Bains which are both less than 10 min away, the pond David Allègre 9 min, the beach of the Jetty 8 min, the office of the Tourist Office 6 min and many others besides

## Emplacement
Nestled on the shores of the famous Arcachon Basin, the pleasant little seaside resort of Andernos-les-Bains delights holidaymakers who love to swim and relax as well as oyster lovers. Its famous pier, which stretches over 230 meters, is one of the longest in France and offers from its end a superb panorama on the unique landscapes of the Arcachon basin. Its beautiful sandy beaches, its sailing club, its Casino, its shops, its restaurants and its oyster port where a small oyster museum and fresh oyster tastings are offered, will certainly delight you! While walking along the sea, don't miss the remains of the Gallo-Roman villa of the 4th century, a site classified as a historical monument located at the foot of the Saint-Eloi church...
