Pretty cottage close to the seaside

We felt immediately at home in this charming cottage, walking distance to the seaside. Useful to have a bicycle. Nice and quiet street and area.

The property was built in the 1930's It retains many likeable features of the time but with a modernised kitchen and bathroom. The property was clean and uncluttered with a well equipped kitchen.Communication with host was excellent. The beach is about a five minute walk and the town centre about 12 minutes where there is an array of shops and restaurants. There is a frequent bus service that runs along the main road. You can pay on the bus, I found the drivers very friendly. At one end on the route is Biganos from where you can catch a train to Bordeaux.I thoroughly recommend the property and the area.

Une maison issue d'une belle histoire qui nous a conquis. La description reflète à 100% la réalité, à qqes pas de la plage et des commerces, et un jardin clos ce qui était top pour notre chienne. Nous recommandons cette location et la communication avec Laetitia était .

Das Haus ist ein einfaches, typisch französisches Ferienhaus. Für drei Personen hatte es genau die richtige Größe. An Küchenausstattung war alles da was man so braucht. Im Außenbereich gab es genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und unser Hund hat keine "Fluchtmöglichkeit" gefunden.Leider waren die zwei, in der Beschreibung aufgeführten, Fahrräder nicht da. Aber die Vermieterin hat uns umgehen, über einen Fahrradverleih um die Ecke, Ersatz organisiert.Die Vermieterin war über die Nachrichtenfunktion der App jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell reagiert.

La maison de Laetitia est un havre de paix dans lequel nous avons bien profité ! La plage a 300m nous a permis de multiplier les apéros avec les enfants et prolonger les jeux en soirée ! la maison est très bien équipée avec un extérieur très agréable. Je recommande vivement

Toutes les dispositions sont prises afin que le vacancier ne manque de rien et puisse joindre l'hôte facilement.Une jolie maison typique du bassin et très bien situé géographiquement. Tout peut se faire à pied si l'on aime marcher un peu. Endroit reposant et très agréable.

Vacances ideales

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Laetitia. La maison et le jardin sont propices à la détente. Et que dire de l'emplacement ! 300 m de la plage ! Parfait !
