In the heart of the village of Piraillan, this apartment is located on the ground floor of a wooden house renovated in the basin style.
The area is very quiet and will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike, access to the Bassin beach, Piraillan market in July and August, shops, oyster tasting in the oyster huts.
Access is via an independent entrance.

Very beautiful apartment!

The apartment was very nicely furnished and very clean. Agathe was a great host and did everything to make us feel at home. We had a great time and hope to come back!

Communication with Agathe was excellent. The flat is spacious, clean and comfortable and it was great to have a shady outdoor area for eating and lounging around after beach days. Piraillan is perfectly situated for easy access to everything the Cap has to offer, and supermarkets and oyster shacks are walking distance. Highly recommend Cabane 54 round the corner for excellent oysters, crevettes and bulots served with a smile. Had a wonderful time. Merci pour tout Agathe!

Rdc avec terrasse couverte spacieuse et donnant sur un petit jardin arboré...invitant à passer de jolis moments entre amis!Bel appartement au style plutot épuré avec beaucoup de charme. Bonne literie. Parfait pour 2 couples. Une petite chambre peut accueillir une cinquième personne. Appartement spacieux et agréable. L'emplacement est idéal que ce soit pour aller au marché, manger des huitres dans le village ou sillonner la presqu'ile et accéder à la plage du Truc Vert à vélo. A recommander!

Ma fille travaillant au Ferret, j’ai pu la voir souvent, sinon marchés dans les pins, marché de Piraillan . Petit port ostréicole juste à côte, à visiter la nuit, très beau!

Un super séjour entre soeurs

A deux pas du bassin et un pas du village ostréicole de Piraillan. La location est idéalement situé pour partir en ballades sur des kilomètres par la plage à marée basse, découvrir les cabanes et le travail des ostréiculteurs, prendre un bon bol d'air et déguster des huitres. A quelques minutes en voiture de l'océan et du paysage grandiose des dunes, nous avons profité du coucher de soleil sur la pointe du Cap ferret en empreintant le sentier de L'abécédaire. Ville d'hiver à Arcachon, réservoir de Piraillan, vue sur la Dune du Pilat, Tour de l'île aux oiseaux......Nous avons tout dévoré !!!!! Agathe est une hôte adorable, attentionnée et réactive.

Petite maison de vacances décorée avec goût avec une grande terrasse couverte très agréable. Superbe endroit calme et reposant à proximité de tout. Je recommande de louer des vélos et de tout faire à velo les pistes cyclables sont très agréables.Excellent séjour entre amis à refaire....

Appartement très agréable en rez de jardin, terrasse abritée bien utile. A 2 pas du village d'ostreiculteurs de Piraillan, et au coeur des pistes cyclables du cap-Ferret. Un très bon accueil. Nous recommandons!

Très agréable!

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très agréable. Il est idéalement situé pour faire des dégustations dans le village ostréicole de Piraillan, pour faire le marché et pour récupérer les pistes cyclables permettant de se déplacer d'un bout à l'autre en vélo.

Bien placé

Bonne position dans le secteur du cap ferret pour se balader en évitant les bouchons... Il ne nous a jusque manqué un peu de lumière et un sèche serviette pour notre semaine maussade. A noter que le mobilier n'est pas forcément pour les grandes tailles. très agréable séjour néanmoins

A éviter

Énorme déception malgré certains points positifs. Les points positifs sont la localisation au cap ferret avec une proximité des endroits clefs du cap. Marché du Piraillan à 5 min à pieds, petite plage du bassin à 2 min, cabane à huîtres et port ostréicole à 1 min. Points négatifs: Le logement était très sale à plusieurs titres (tiroirs de cuisine pleins de miettes et taches, toiles d’araignées aux lampes, salle de bain pas propre). Le jardin est non entretenu et très humide avec énormément de moustiques et pas de moustiquaire fournie. Impossible donc d’aérer malgré les odeurs des huîtres et poubelles situées juste en face. Les voisins vivent à moins de 10 mètres de la terrasse ce qui empêche l’intimité. La propriétaire a fait tout son possible pour remédier aux problèmes mais malheureusement l’habitation reste de mauvaise qualité et inconfortable.

Très jolie location, très bien située. Endroit charmant et dépaysant. A refaire vite. Les différentes cabanes à huîtres le long du cap sont formidables, comme les plages, la faune et la flore. Courrez y!

Propriétaire charmante, toujours très bien accueilli. Appartement très agréable, très cosy et très calme. Village Un peu triste lié à la fermeture des cabanes de pêcheurs mais dans quelques jours tout devrait reprendre son cours normal.

Très bel endroit

L'appartement est parfait, très bonne literie. Décoré avec sobriété et soin. Cuisine extrêmement bien équipée. Deux grandes chambres et une chambre lit simple. La grande terrasse est très appréciée. Baignée de soleil en fin de journée. Proximité immédiate avec les commerces, le bassin, et le marché ostréicole de Piraillan, vous pourrez vous déplacer à pieds aisément. Nous y avons séjourné, et sommes revenus quelques jours après pour télétravailler. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Logement très agréable et bien placé

Appartement très agréable, confortable, joliment décoré. Literie impeccable. Une terrasse très Grande et bien aménagée , pas de vis à vis grâce à la végétation. Emplacement top qui permet d’aller chercher ses huîtres et son poisson à pied.
