For rent house 80 m² on one level completely renovated garden 400 m² in the village of Cap Ferret (Bassin Arcachon) for six people.
Close to the ocean beaches and Bassin, close to shops. Quiet, facing south, living room with kitchen, dishwasher, gas cooking, oven, microwave. Three bedrooms, two with bed 160 or 80 × 2, one with two beds 90, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate toilet. Linen not provided (except supplement of tariff). End-of-stay cleaning fee to the tenant (except supplement of tariff)
Minimum length of stay: one week (except agreement with the owner)

Perfect location

The house is very well located, close to the beach and the basin, with shops, bike rental and restaurants at max 10 minutes distance. We had a warm welcome by the owners, who are very nice and helpful. The house was fully equipped and offers a lot of privacy and quietness with the big garden and no other houses behind it. We had a great stay!

A quiet, comfortable home nicely situated between the beach and the bay. Well-appointed with a private patio. Martine and Bruno were gracious hosts who were flexible with our last-minute travel changes and made us feel welcome. We look forward to returning!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement. Très agréable maison, pratique et de bonnes dimensions, au calme, avec un très beau jardin. Bien équipée, à proximité des commerces et des plages. Pratique pour les enfants puisque de plein pied. Les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets et très serviables. Aucun vis à vis.
