SUMMER 2025 Cap-Ferret La Vigne, 4-bedroom house with garden near beaches and the forest

Family terraced house facing east-west, located in a quiet area 2 steps from the beaches of l'Herbe and La Vigne. The house is built on a dune, giving the impression of being perched in the trees from a large 100m2 exotic wood terrace equipped with garden furniture and parasol. On the ground floor, a large living room with an US kitchen opens onto the terrace via the French windows. A corridor leads to the 2 large bedrooms each equipped with 160 beds, and the bathroom with shower and bathtub. At the back of the house, a large garden leads to the cycle path that serves the beaches of the basin.
The ground floor is joined by an external staircase at the back of the house; a corridor leads to 2 large bedrooms each equipped with 2 90 beds, and the bathroom.
We enjoy the house all year round with our 4 children and grandchildren, it is very well equipped and comfortable, in an atmosphere of wood and solid oak flooring. The almost adjoining fire barrier of the house leads to the ocean through the forest paths.
I offer a sliding scale rate depending on the length of the stay. Rental for 8 people maximum (baby included)-
An uncashed deposit of 1000€ will be requested on arrival, refundable within 1 month in the absence of any damage.
The facilities are complete enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible:

- TV, VCR and HiFi system
- washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, large fridge, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, food processors, dishes in quantity...
We leave our board games and books to the discretion of the tenants.
Bike rentals have developed all over the area, in Le Canon or La Vigne, and throughout the Presqu'île
The nearest shops are in Le Canon, and can be reached via the cycle path.
So if you don't want to take the car during your stay, it's possible!
