About this property

Wooden villa, by the pool

Ideally located 50 meters from the Arcachon basin, and about fifteen minutes by bike from the ocean, this 170 m² wooden villa can accommodate 12 people in optimal comfort.

Two terraces, one upstairs overlooking the basin and the other on the ground floor, allow you to enjoy the Ferretcapian climate in a warm setting

Due to its facilities and its location, this villa combines comfort and conviviality in an authentic place.

The wooden villa is built on two floors.
On the ground floor, we find an American kitchen, a large living / dining room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet.
Upstairs is the second living room equipped with a TV, a play area with table football, as well as a bedroom with private bathroom and toilet.
Finally, the first floor has its own terrace on which it is possible to have lunch while enjoying a view of the Arcachon bay.

The large terrace on the ground floor is equipped with an open outdoor kitchen with plancha and fridge. This terrace also has an outdoor shower and several places to relax.

A private car park allows you to park two cars.

In terms of trade, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, cellar, newsagent, bank and fruit and vegetable market are accessible in a few minutes on foot. A small super market is located 300 meters (Les Jacquets) or a larger 5 minutes by car (Claouey).

Sheets and towels not provided. If necessary, a laundry rents linen at 100 meters.

Other remarks
Possibility if holder of the boat license (coastal or deep-sea) to rent our boat by the week at a preferential rate (1,000 euros per week for a 6m white shark).

A wonderful and comfortable house in a great location

Our stay in Petit Piquey was wonderful. The house is spacious, comfortable, with many positive surprises upon arrival. Great outdoor and indoor living spaces, nice to follow the sun throughout the day and enjoy the view to the basin and warm evenings on the roof terrace. We loved the outdoor plancha and terrace area, the bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms, the well equipped kitchen, and the great location. Also easy to park car on the property. Easy access by foot to the village shops, good restaurants and basin (nice to swim at high tide), and by bicycle/car to the ocean and other towns along the cape. The host is kind and helpful, adding to the great experience we had during our time in the house.

Maison pleine de charme et très fonctionnelle

La maison est spacieuse, pratique et permet à chacun de s épanouir, même lorsque le groupe est important. Nous avons apprécié les jeux, les livres, l espace baby foot… la terrasse à l étage nous a offert de belles soirées face au bassin et la plancha nous a régalé tous les soirs. Nous avons passé de délicieuses vacances dans la cabane de petit piquey. Merci Isabelle.

Vacances en famille dans la région. La maison est bien située (petits commerces à proximité, bassin avec plage à 10 mètres) La maison était très propre elle est très agréable à vivre avec ado et enfants. Une superbe maison en bois à côté de la plage

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison d’Isabelle. Les informations relatives à l’arrivée avaient été transmises la veille par téléphone avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La maison est très belle et spacieuse, idéale pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Elle est idéalement située, à deux minutes d’une plage, côté bassin. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Magnifique

La villa en bois est magnifique et très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Les hôtes sont au petits soins, et tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe à merveille. Le cadre est juste parfait : à 2 pas du bassin (au bout de l'impasse) et des commerces : on peut oublier la voiture le temps d'un week-end. Je recommande vivement cette location, havre de zenitude !

La maison d'Isabelle est magnifique! Tres bien equipee et situee, elle offre les conditions ideales pour un sejour de reve a Petit Piquey. Bonus: la suite parentale (extra!) et les 2 terrasses! Seul bemol: meme si le nombre de couchage est eleve, il n'y a pas beaucoup de chambres; les couples doivent donc s'attendre a partager leurs chambres avec des lits superposes.
