Ideally located a stone's throw from the Ocean and at the gates of the National Forest.

This large rustic chalet has a wooden terrace around the POOL with a real Bar and a LOUNGE area with sofas + covered outdoor kitchen.
Both planted with trees for freshness and facing south for the swimming pool, sunny all day.
Featuring a wood burning stove for the winter months. Monitor screen.
Very quiet, not overlooked, with direct view of the forest. 5 minutes from the “green stuff” ocean beach and 5 minutes from the basin beach.
Equestrian center 300 meters away. Cycle path 100 meters away. Jet ski rental in Petit Piquey, sailing and Truc Vert surf school. Bike rental, bus stop 800 meters away.

tout simplement genial ! magique super emplacement sans vis a vis - vue foret à 5 mn de la plage

nous avons passé un tres agréable moment en famille et entre amis la piscine est à la temperature ideale quel que soit le moment de la journée l'espace bar avec plancha nous a permis de faire la cuisine a l'exterieur pour profiter au maximum du cadre magnifique avec vue sur la foret . environnement tres calme aucun bruit de voisinage . le soir nous avons profiter de la salle a manger exterieure donnant sur la piscine et ensuite de l'espace lounge avec canapés . je vous recommande cette villa chalet bois ou l'on se sent bien car authentique Chalet de resinier . l'emplacement est ideale car nous avons pu aller a la plage soit côte océan soit côte bassin en 5 mn circulation toujours tres fluide . Commerces a 5 / 10 mn en velo . piste cyclable juste a côté . Excellentes Vacances ! tres zen !

nos vacances de pâques

Nous avons passé nos vacances de pâques dans cette maison où nous avons pu apprécier sa piscine et cette grande terrasse en bois!! la maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Nos enfants ont pu faire du surf de l'équitation du vélo car tout est à proximité. Bon rapport/prix pour l'emplacement. A recommander .

une maison agréable

On a passé un w.end en famille très agréable. Le jardin avec sa cuisine d'été, la terrasse et la piscine, est vraiment très sympa, la maison est parfaite pour un séjour aux beaux jours. Une propriétaire très aimable. Un rapport qualité/prix correct.
