The property owner needs to decide if the property is their private home or a rental property. As a result the property is a bit tired and in need of maintenance work. Unsafe decking, doors that wont lock without effort, little place to store your clothing as drawers and cupboards full with their stuff, only one door key provided and many more issues. The location though is great and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy Cap Ferret.When initially booked with VRBO the owner notified that the price on the site was wrong and I had to agree a new higher price. Upon leaving the owner also accused us of breaking into their shed and stealing their wine. We are still in discussions with VRBO two weeks later to resolve this entirely untrue accusation.

Excellent séjour au Cap Ferret

Emplacement idĂ©al proche des plages du bassin, de l’ocĂ©an, ainsi que de tous les commerces et restaurants accessibles Ă  pied, ce qui est trĂšs confortable. Dortoir avec nombreux jeux pour les enfants. Piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able, sĂ©curisĂ©e uniquement par alarme, ce qui nĂ©cessite une vigilance particuliĂšre avec les enfants en bas Ăąge. Un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour !

Cette maison est conforme Ă  la description faite sur le site Abritel. Les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents ont laissĂ© la maison dans un Ă©tat de saletĂ© lamentable. Heureusement la dame qui s'occupe du mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© charmante et est mĂȘme revenue en milieu de sĂ©jour pour un mĂ©nage d'appoint. Je recommande vivement cette maison dont l'emplacement est idĂ©al pour une famille avec enfants/ados.
