About this property

Beautiful family villa 10 people, Mimbeau, oyster district, very near waterfront

Family house of 250m square on a plot of 1300m, ideally located in Mimbeau, 50m from the waterfront and 800m from the ocean beaches. For oyster lovers, we are a stone's throw from the famous Cabane du Mimbeau! Shops, tennis and sailing club a few minutes by bike.

Completely renovated, the house offers a large living / dining room upstairs opening onto a large outdoor terrace with a view of the pool. American kitchen and small living room / office complete this living space.

The house is composed of two double bedrooms with shower room, one double bedroom with bathroom, two children's bedrooms with three beds (bunk beds with drawer bed) with shower room for each and a playroom, with possibility of sleeping arrangements additional.

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located on the ground floor
The dishes provided.
Sheets rental and exit cleaning are not included in the price.

Nous avons passé quinze jours géniaux dans cette maison située à deux pas du Mimbeau et sa vue époustouflante à marée basse. Tout est à deux pas de la maison (marché, océan, etc…). La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est très facile à utiliser et très bien équipée. Mention spéciale aux propriétaires particulièrement bienveillants et adorables mais aussi aux personnes de la conciergerie qui ont été très sympathiques et efficaces. Merci!

Dream house in great location

We really enjoyed our short stay in this great property that has 3 great bedrooms with double-beds and 2 bedrooms that can sleep 3 people (each bedroom has its private bathroom, which is also nice). The play room was certainly a plus for the kids who had a great time there, and the living room is very spacious with a very nice terrace. Walking distance to the bassin and ocean, we spent a very nice week-end, despite the bad weather.

We had a great week in this fantastic house on Cap Ferret. The house is more spacious as you would think from the pictures and very comfortable, the location is perfect, very close to the beaches and the center and the overall feel is great!

Cap Ferret is such an amazing place. The house is well lcated and was completmy redone in 2015 (i think). very confy and easy & close access to the beach and the little village. We had great time.
