Tolle Lage/ sehr schönes Haus mit großem Outdoorbereich

Das Haus von Philippe hat eine super Lage in Cap Ferret, zum Strand sind es zu fuß nur 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Der Outdoor Bereich mit Terasse ist sehr großzügig und es lässt sich dort super verweilen. Die Küchenschränke sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. vielen Dank Philippe für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Merci Kirsten, nous sommes heureux de vous avoir accueillis à la maison. Nous avons effectivement un petit défaut sur le revêtement stratifié des portes au-dessus de la hotte. Nous avons prévu de le changer, ainsi que le principe de la hotte, car c'est la vapeur de cuisine qui a dégradé ces portes. Bien cordialement. Philippe

Wir verbrachten zwei herrliche Wochen in Cap Ferret in diesem schön gelegenen Hausteil in ruhigem Wohnquartier. Am Anreisetag wurden wir vom Vermieter persönlich empfangen und ins Haus eingeführt. Alles ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Gerne wieder.

Séjour très agréable au Cap Ferret

La maison est plus grande qu'elle ne paraît en photo, très propre et bien équipée (équipement pour bébé également). L'extérieur est très bien aménagé, avec le volet roulant qui permet de couvrir ou découvrir très facilement la terrasse. La maison est très bien située, au calme, donnant sur une petite place arborée, et à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage et du marché (bassin). Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles. Je recommande vivement!!

Fabulous!!!

We have returned to this villa over several years and we just love it! Its a great location near to the Atlantic beach and the children love being next to Le Petit Train! Well-equipped spacious villa, it has everything you need. Garden is very relaxing, we loved the new addition this year - the hammocks!! Looking forward to our next trip!

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Schön eingerichtete Doppelhaushälfte, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse unter Pinien - sogar mit elektrischem Sonnendach. Die Lage zum Strand (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) ist einfach unschlagbar und auch sonst ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Für uns hat alles gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Neu renoviertes Haus zwischen Atlantik und bucht

Super ausgestattetes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern. Eines davon hat allerdings nur ein kleines Oberlicht. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, großer schöner aussenbereich unter Pinien um einem Feigenbaum . Aussenmöbel und Grill vorhanden und geschmackvoll . Alles wichtige ist fussläufig erreichbar.

A great place in Lege Cap Ferret!

The place is recently renovated and has a nice sun deck. It is situated in a residential area and close to neighbours. Off street parking is secure. Two improvements that I would suggest to make it an even better place, a) fans in the upstairs bedrooms as it was really hot and 2) bikes in the shed to help residents reach the beach/shops/restaurants as nothing is a short walk away. We had a great time and would recommend to others.

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Das Haus ist ansprechend möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigen könnte. Es hat uns absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist aus unserer Sicht für einen Urlaub in Cap Ferret ideal. Man wohnt in einer ruhigen, schönen Wohngegend und kann an den Atlantikstrand laufen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Zentrum Cap Ferrets sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit diesem Haus sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
