Outdoor shower. Patio heater. Grand grating of 100 m2. Well equipped kitchen. Living-dining room not very big: in winter, it is better not to exceed 8 people (+ children).
- In the shed: bedroom with Italian shower, sink and separate toilet.

La dame qui fait le ménage a eu un problème de santé et ne l’a pas fait aussi bien que d’habitude. Elle en a convenu. Les 150 euros sont pour le ménage après un séjour de plus de 2 nuits. Il y a 5 chambres. C’est en deçà de ce qui est demandé au Cap-Ferret.

Charme et tranquilité

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend dans cette villa très bien située, proche du phare, du bassin et des plages. La location est propre et les literies confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse en bois et le petit cabanon au fond du jardin. On peut laisser la voiture et tout faire à vélo. Il faut absolument aller déguster les huitres dans une des nombreuses cabanes sur le bassin en fin de journée.Nous recommandons cette villa pour les familles aussi bien que pour un séjour entre amis.

Juste parfait!!! Nous avons passé un séjour génial dans une maison idéale car parfaitement équipée avec des espaces d intimité pour chacun. Un grand merci pour nous avoir permis de vivre un week end inoubliable!!! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement!

Simple et Charmante

idéal pour des retrouvailles familiales. simple et logeable. bien située (bassin et océan à proximité). Literie confortable. Petit bémol la cuisine bien que bien agencée ( le lave -vaisselle ouvert obstrue la circulation!) c'est un lieu de passage...Je conseille cette maison pour qui aime avoir des vacances simples .Le jardin est un plus! et la terrasse à découvrir!

Villa ou l'on oublie le temps....

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette Villa qui respire les parfums de notre enfance. Parfaitement équipée, nos 4 enfants ont adoré profiter du jardin, des jeux et des livres gentiment mis à disposition par la propriétaire. L' emplacement est idéal à quelques encablures du phare du Cap Ferret. La propriétaire est extrêmement disponible et nous a permis d'accéder la Villa à maintes reprises à des heures très tardives. Elle est d'ailleurs toujours joignable et nous nous sommes sentis très accueillis et en parfaite sécurité. Nous aimons revenir dans cette Villa pour nous ressourcer même le temps d'un week-end des qu'elle est disponible. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour ou la tranquillité et la bonne odeur des pins n'a pas de prix !
