Wonderful place

Perfect hosts, easy and friendy communication, and very quick response times. The apartment is located ideally, is well organized, wonderful terrace, good kitchen. We would love to come back.

Zauberhaftes Apartment – einfach alles TOP!

Ein großartiger Gastgeber – vorausschauend, aufmerksam und mit rechtzeitigen Infos zur Anreise. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand am Bassin, 10 Minuten zur AtlantikkĂŒste. Direkt vor der TĂŒr gibt es alles, was man braucht: einen Supermarkt, einen BĂ€cker und das wunderbare Josie CafĂ© mit leckerem Kaffee und gesunder, köstlicher KĂŒche.Auch die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen: Waschmaschine, BĂŒgelbrett, Kochfeld – alles da! Die Terrasse ist großzĂŒgig und lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein, und auf zwei Etagen hat man jede Menge Platz.Der Schlafkomfort ist top: bequeme Matratzen und ruhige Schlafzimmer zur RĂŒckseite – perfekt fĂŒr erholsame NĂ€chte.Und Cap Ferret? So schön, dass ich gar nicht zu viel verraten möchte Vielen Dank – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Leider etwas verregnete Ferien in sehr schöner Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön fĂŒr 4 Personen. Sehr zentral und mit viel Platz und einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut und unkompliziert. Gerne nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder - dann aber hoffentlich mit besserem Wetter.

PARFAIT

L'appartement est idéalement situé : proche commerces, marché, plages, location vélos. L'arrivée est facile et la communication avec le propriétaire trÚs aisée. Le lieu est tout à fait conforme aux photos : propre, grand et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et avons déjà hùte de revenir.

Unser Bewertung vom letzten November können wir wieder bestĂ€tigen. Die Unterkunft trĂ€gt erheblich dazu bei, eine unbeschwerte Zeit in Cap Ferret zu verbringen. Sie bietet alles was man braucht und ist bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt den Supermarkt, BĂ€cker viele Restaurants ums Eck. Zum tollen Markt lĂ€uft man 5 Minuten .Der Spaziergang zum Strand dauert 15 Minuten. Wir haben die Abende auf unsere großzĂŒgigen Terrasse genossen. Die An- und Abreise sind unkompliziert. Toujours mon plaisir

Vorab: Wir kommen nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder!! Man fĂŒhlt sich hier gleich sehr wohl und wie zuhause. Keine sterile Ferienwohnung, sondern alles sehr gemĂŒtlich mit vielen kleine Details, die sehr einladend sind. Es fehlt nichts
.alles da was man so braucht. Auf der großzĂŒgigen Terrasse kann man die Sonne vom Aufgang bis zum Untergang genießen und spĂ€t abends den Leuchtturm im Dunklen bewundern. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an der Straße, nebenan der BĂ€cker, der Lottoladen mit der kleinen Bar und gegenĂŒber der Supermarkt und das HauhaltswarengeschĂ€ft. Da ist es natĂŒrlich zur Ferienzeit bestimmt vormittags und abends sehr belebt. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir waren im Oktober hier, wo es in Cap Ferret sehr ruhig ist. Danke Olivier fĂŒr den netten Kontakt und die problemlose An- und Abreise!! P.S. Es gibt ein Klavier
 nehmt Noten mit!!!!

Hervorragend! Fabuleux!

Uns hat diese sehr authentische, gemĂŒtliche, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt absolut alles, was man braucht - vom Geschirr bis zum Surfbrett. Und diese schöne weitlĂ€ufige Terrasse, auf der man sowohl Sport treiben als auch abends bei einem Glas Rose perfekt sitzen kann!!! Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass sich das Haus sehr zentral befindet. BuchstĂ€blich alles ist in unmittelbarer NĂ€he: Supermarkt, BĂ€ckerei, Fahrradverleih, FischgeschĂ€ft, Restaurants, CafĂ©s, Shoppingmeile und sogar ein BlumengeschĂ€ft :)) La plage du Bassin d'Arcachon ist nur fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Hauptstrand von Cap-Ferret am Ozean - la plage de l'Horizon - 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben unser Auto nie benutzt. Und nach benachbarten Arcachon sind wir ganz bequem mit der FĂ€hre gefahren. Ich möchte auch ein paar Worte ĂŒber den EigentĂŒmer der Wohnung, Olivier, sagen. Es ist schwer, sich eine charmantere, nettere und gastfreundlichere Person vorzustellen. Wir haben von ihm alle nötigen Informationen erhalten, was uns sehr bei der Orientierung geholfen hat, da wir zum ersten Mal unseren Urlaub auf Cap-Ferret verbracht haben. Ganz zu schweigen von seinem großartigen Sinn fĂŒr Humor. Allerdings waren die Franzosen in dieser Hinsicht schon immer außer Konkurrenz :))) Mein Fazit: Ich kann diese Wohnung und die paradiesische Halbinsel Cap-Ferret nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen. Also, ich wĂŒnsche euch ganz schöne Ferien !!!

Outre la propretĂ© douteuse de l’appartement et ce malgrĂ© le passage de quelqu’un de nous avons croisĂ© (trĂšs agrĂ©able au demeurant), ce dernier est en piteux Ă©tat: mobilier esquintĂ©, cuisine bringuebalante, literie inconfortable, nuisances sonores (un bar est en dessous en diagonale + rue ultra passante (Le supermarchĂ© Casino est en face = camions de livraisons + voitures)), un balcon arriĂšre inutilisable, un barbecue complĂštement rouillĂ©, des prises Ă©lectriques dĂ©nudĂ©es, etc, etc. A Ă©viter

Very centrally located appartment

Well-equipped, centrally located appartment. It is next to the bakery and pizza place, across from the supermarket and 300 m from the Laguna. Very detailed and helpful instructions and advice from owner on nearby attractions, shopping etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of five - we had a very good time there!

Appartement trÚs bien situé, proche du bassin et de tous les commerces

Joli appartement avec grande terrasse ensoleillĂ©e, les chambres sont Ă  l'arriĂšre, donc au calme. La place de parking dans la cour est bienvenue dans ce quartier commerçant. Proche de tous les commerces: boulangerie dans le mĂȘme pĂątĂ© de maison, petit supermarchĂ© en face. Le bassin et le quartier des pĂȘcheurs , avec les cabanes de dĂ©gustation, sont Ă  5 minutes de marche.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able en famille Appartement simple mais bien Ă©quipĂ©. L'emplacement est parfait À notĂ© malgrĂ© tout quelques nuances sonores du fait qu'il soit placĂ© ds une rue trĂšs passante. Appartement agréable et trÚs bien placé

Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour dans cet appartement familial situĂ© au cƓur du centre du ferret. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le quartier vivant mais pas bruyant (nous avions avec nous un bĂ©bĂ© et un jeune enfant qui avaient besoin de calme), Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du marchĂ©, de la plage et des commerces. A l’intĂ©rieur de l’appartement, nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© les souvenirs de voyage, livres, piano, tableaux et autres objets personnels des propriĂ©taires : Ă©lĂ©ments qui changent des dĂ©cors stĂ©riles des autres lieux que nous avons pu louer au ferret auparavant. Seul petit bĂ©mol: il n’y avait pas de lit bĂ©bĂ© donc nous avons du nous du nous ne procurer un. Encore un grand merci au gentil propriĂ©taire qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions et faire en sorte que notre sĂ©jour se passe au mieux.

Wonderful Appartement, perfectly located

We had a perfect week at Cap Ferret. We enjoyed our time very much and felt very comfortable. The flat is super equipped and very centrally located and the sea can be reached very quickly on foot or by bike. The bakery next door has very tasty croissants. The landlord is very accommodating and helpful. Always happy to come back and thank you very much!

Vous garez votre voiture et vous pouvez circuler Ă  pieds ou Ă  vĂ©lo pendant tout votre sĂ©jour. Commerces Ă  proximitĂ©, marchĂ© et bassin Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pieds. Vue sur le phare depuis la terrasse. Le bonheur d'ĂȘtre au centre du Ferret.

Une trÚs belle découverte

Deux semaines de dĂ©couverte du Cap Ferret, avec pour port d'attache un appartement "esprit voyage" plein de charme. IdĂ©alement placĂ© pour aller de la plage Ă  l'ocĂ©an, du phare Ă  la pointe, du dĂ©barcadĂšre aux cabanes Ă  huitres, du marchĂ© Ă  la forĂȘt... On a posĂ© la voiture 15 jours et tout fait Ă  vĂ©lo. Le BBQ sur la terrasse est idĂ©al pour griller les poissons, tous les commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ© et les hĂŽtes sont trĂšs arrangeants et de trĂšs bon conseil pour tous les bons plans!

Nice and centrally located apartment.

Nice appartment. Perfectly located between the Atlantic Ocean and the bay. Shops and restaurants only a stone throw away. Perfect for families.
