Disappointed this time

We came last year was great so decided to come back to the same place not too great. Someone else checked out and people thought it was us came in starting cleaning and throwing away stuff that you could clearly see we had not left until my nephew came out of shower. We where not happy AT All. Our mother was there in the living room area and tv was on but you didn’t hear tv or shower going when you came in. No we wasn’t happy at all.. Yes you gave us back what was throw away but still someone should of checked first we didn’t leave until Friday this happen on a Tuesday someone should of checked that..

Good location but property is not well maintained.

Across the street from the beach with five bathrooms, five baths, and good AC. That's about the whole good list. The property has not been well maintained. The furniture in the house is not the same as in the pictures, and has been significantly downgraded. Large scuff marks are present on most walls, indicating that furniture has been removed. The house was not clean, and there was broken glass on the kitchen floor. The bedroom windows were dirty and hard to see out of. Though the unit was advertised as accommodating up to 20 people, there were only 6 or 7 forks in the whole unit! The unit is up for sale and the overall effect is of an absentee owner trying to minimally support renting until the unit gets sold.

Major disappointment

Although the neighborhood was nice and the condo was spacious, this unit needs some TLC. The walls are marked up with black smudges and needs painting. Several of the kitchen stools had ripped vinyl seats. Air vents are rusty. The tub faucet in one of the bathrooms did not have a hard stop. You have to spin the handle until it stopped spraying. One of the ceramic tiles on the hallway floor shook when stepped on. The most frustrating part was that while the unit can house a large group, there are only 2 parking spaces allotted. The adjacent parking were pay to park lots which would have cost each additional car $146 for 2 days. Thankfully one of the other complexes allowed us to park free of charge in their overflow parking. We had to park 3 cars there and shuttle using the cars with parking tags. I've never been disappointed with my VRBO stays. Never. The bottom line is the property managers need to take care if the unit and know that parking will be a nightmare for a large group despite the size of the unit. I am so embarrassed as the planner for the trip.
