Served its purpose
Its a Sonesta Suites so an extended stay hotel. It was close to Disney at a much better price than the motels directly across from the park. Essentially it was a hotel room more so than a suite. It had only one recliner and one office chair so my spouse and I couldn't even have a meal together at the table/desk. If you needed more coffee or towels you had to go down to the front desk to request because there was no daily housekeeping. There was a strong smell of bug spray in the halls and elevators. And you required to leave a credit card on file for a $300 deposit separately at the front desk aside from the original booking fees. Did it work for what we needed? Yes but I wouldn't bother to stay here again. Not to mention that they billed the second half of my stay the day prior to when it was required and I had all kinds of trouble changing the card I used from the original booking. Customer service was nearly nonexistant. I left multiple requests fror calls back and finally was able to resolve my issue after refusing to hang up and requiring to speak to a supervisor. Do yourself a favor pick somewhere else.
