The room was outdated and the curtains were super dirty. The room felt musty the whole time we were there. Like damp and humid. The bathroom was clean and the area was good for what we were doing. But i wouldnt specifically stay at this location again. The front desk was really kind and helpful.

Great Stay

Wonderful front desk service, they even had a gym and free laundry room… Although if you want to use the stove, you need to bring your own pans. Which maybe they have them at the front desk I did not ask. They also had a nice brand new grill… Would recommend this place!

Weekend getaway

Check in was a breeze! Clean room, met needs. Spacious for couples with small dogs. Good location! Close to lots of attractions. $7/day to park $200 deposit on card.

The Hotel is nice, the room wasn't the greatest. The room smelled a little musty, probably from the humidity. The window was open when we walked in (probably to air out the smell) and we kept it open the whole weekend. We had to spray air sanitizer through the room. Our clothes smelled like the room when we opened the trunk. We played music in the afternoon while getting ready and got a call saying it was too loud. It wasn't blasting, but was told it was "shaking the walls" so we just turned it off completely. Got a second call literally 20 seconds after hanging up to say something about the music (again) when we already turned it off. I like that it's pet friendly and close to disney land, but probably won't stay again.

Walls were thin, bed was uncomfortable, we didn’t know they served breakfast until check out, daily charge for parking (park yourself) in an open lot, the chemical smell in the hallway was terribly overwhelming all 3 days, plus our room smelled like it used to be a smoking room and there were cigarette burn marks on the crooked toilet

Terrible customer service and communication through the host. Was unresponsive to phone calls and messages throughout the duration of stay and prior to. Hotel overall was fine, front desk people were really nice. Room was clean. Close to the highway for convenience.

Not great.

There was no hot water on the property and the bathroom downstairs flooded the entire lobby area. It was really not a great stay. It was quite for the most part aside from police sirens every now and then.

Unsafe.

Extremely sketchy area. Do not go out past 10-11pm. Extremely suspect Men prowling parking lots. Security guards will follow you and prowl around outside of your room. Front desk will get weird and try to say you never even checked in/try to stall when you attempt to get out. Do not go here if you are a woman/traveling in a small group/family with children.

Smelly

The previous comments are right. It has a weird smell.. lobby and halls had an overpowering air freshener/febreeze smell. More airfresheners blowing down the halls through a fan.. when you walked into the room, I can’t even describe what smell it was.. bathroom smelled like straight bleach. We had to air it out. At least it was clean for the most part! But if you’re sensitive to smell, I would not recommend. Location was great for Disneyland. 10 mins away and easy to get to. Good for a short stay to shower and sleep.
