Stay away from this property and the manager - roompicks

1) property is a Sonesta Suites room very poorly cleaned. All the rooms had a very musty smell combination of cigarettes ( supposed to be a non smoking property nowadays but clearly it wasn't at some point) and just aging of the carpet plus furniture which is clearly from a few decades ago! 2)we let the front desk know about it but nothing was done. They don't do any room cleaning during the entire stay either which just Is a pandemic era excuse to save money. 3)**BE AWARE PROPERTY CHARGES YOUR CREDIT CARD REQUESTED AT CHECK IN FOR CASUALTIES BUT THEY CHARGE YOUR ENTIRE ROOM CHARGE FOR ALL DAYS** VRBO and the property manager charge for the entire stay prior to arrival but the property also charges the credit card for entire stay. Have a lethany of emails back and forth with roompicks ( property manager on VRBO) regarding this cheers to the credit card. Roompicks takes weeks( not days) to get back to you with an answer that just clearly sides with the property!! So we have been charged over $2000 directly by Sonesta Suites in the check in credit card that the property manager after months should have fixed. I received an email saying that they spoke with the property manager and all charges were accurate! The email wasn't to let us know that they still continue requesting the property to review and credit back but rather just letting me know they pretty much side with the property! ** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND IT'S PRETTY MANAGER** UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED TWICE
