NON CONFORME A L'ANNONCE

Toutes les remarques relatives aux dysfonctionnements de cette location ont été transmises directement au propriétaire. De plus, l'annonce en ligne n'est absolument pas conforme à la réalité. Exemple : 2 lits annoncés alors qu'il n'y a qu'une seule chambre et un convertible difficilement utilisable dans le salon. L'annonce commence par 25 m2 - 2 chambres, puis se poursuit sur 40 m2 - 2 couchages. Apparemment, il y a un problème de communication.

Je ne sais pas quoi dire. Je loue depuis 8 ans sur différentes plate-formes, et c'est la première fois qu'on me reproche de ne pas mettre un vrai lit dans le salon.
