Our family-oriented place is waiting for you to enjoy a well-deserved getaway! Be prepared to relax and unwind…
An 8 to 10 minute walk will take you to the amazing Sheridan Beach. Washington Park Zoo is 4 blocks away as well as the Historical Lighthouse & Pier, within a short walking distance. If shopping is part of your plans, the Lighthouse Premium Outlet is just 5 minutes away.
Other nearby attractions: New Buffalo - 14 minutes, Indiana Dunes State Park- 18 minutes

Our cozy living room, dining area, and a convenient kitchen will provide you with all the amenities that you need to make your stay comfortable. The entire first floor of this home is used exclusively for Airbnb.
You will have access to the home and a shared large yard which accommodates many outdoor activities. A gas grill and an outdoor picnic table are available. A wagon for the beach is also provided.
For those not interested in cooking much a fantastic breakfast/lunch cafe is 1 block away and a tasty Jamaican restaurant is 2 blocks away.

Please note:
-Must be 25+ years old to book.
-Extra guests are not allowed. If you have more
guests and would like to rent both units, search for
the lower unit called "North Wind" This will allow you to rent both the upper
and lower units of the duplex at the same time,
sleeping up to 13 guests total.
-No parties, events, or inappropriate behavior
allowed in this QUIET family-oriented neighborhood.
-If you are bringing infants/babies, the unit is NOT
baby-proofed. You assume responsibilities for all guests.
-The lower unit may be rented out at the same time, (their ceiling is your floor) so there is potential for noise from other guests.

Cozy house. Great location! 10min walk to the beach. Nice beach! You are provided with wagons/umbrellas/toys/coolers and a grill and fire pit. The restaurant up the street is Fabulous! The Jamaican restaurant nearby is also Fabulous! This was our second Summer renting. There is also a rental upstairs-depending on the guest could possibly be a bit of a pain. We have experienced that a bit. I would still recommend and plan to come back.😁

Close to the shore

This property is a two apartment house, upper and lower. We had the lower unit and heard stomping in the evenings, they may have heard our coffee mill in the mornings. It was exceptionally clean, no trouble with dust allergy. Bring measuring cups. Very close to nice attractions. Good owner. 5/5

Not likely to stay again

It is an older house with very creeky floors. It is a small place, so felt a little cramped with 4 people. If you are staying on the lower level expect to hear every step the upper unit takes. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. My 9 year old even comment on how uncomfortable they were. The beach umbrellas were also cheap and we're not usable with the wind on the beach. The wagon also isn't a beach wagon it is only good for hard surfaces. The walk to the beach access was not far however it requires walking on a narrow road without a sidewalk, so not safe for children. If you drive to the beach expect a hefty parking fee.

Great place

Super nice place, really clean and made you feel like home away from home. Only thing I have to say that would be “bad” is you can hear EVERYTHING from the above vacationers if you are on the bottom level.
