Charming RV Trailer in Country Setting.

Charming RV guest house.150 ft. from the main house Enjoy amazing views as the sun rises over the Santa Lucia Range and Beautiful sun sets from the deck of our 5th wheel trailer guest house. Home is situated at the top of our 11 acre property. Enjoy abundant wild life including Deer, Rabbits, Wild Turkeys and Red Tail Falcons. to the not so wild pygmy goats, dogs and cat. You can bike the back roads wine trail. We are just minutes to over 20 wineries,. We are In the country but not far from amenities just 4 miles to the quaint Village of Arroyo Grande. Where you can shop for antiques and enjoy numerous restaurant. 9 miles to world famous Pismo Beach and 10 miles to San Luis Obispo recently named " The Happiest City in America."

As a bonus when you Stay with us you will have the opportunity to take Liliana's dance classes for free. Liliana Holds classes at least 3 times a week Mondays in Pismo Beach. Wednesdays in San Luis Obispo. twice a month on Sundays and once a month on Tuesdays. All classes are on temporary on hold due to Covid 19.

Liliana, Is dance Instructor and artist from Europe She teaches Ballroom and Latin social dancing. loves art, wine, food, water sports, skiing, snowboarding, biking and hiking. meeting new people and has endless energy

Michael, just tries to keep up with Liliana.

Party 17 year old cat.
Lily, Romeo, Juliet and Don Quixote pygmy goats and landscapers.
Our place is wonderful for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

Peaceful and beautiful

Liliana and Mike are the perfect hosts for a quiet respite in the country. The views are beautiful, and I loved hearing the faint bleating of the goats in the distance. The trailer was very clean and stocked with everything I needed. I'm looking forward to staying there again next year.

Cozy and fun

We stayed for a few nights including Christmas. When lying in bed you could see the outdoor little Christmas trees all lit up! Rain on the roof just emphasized how cozy we felt. Our hosts were great and we had everything we needed.

The place was clean and plenty of room.

Clean , quiet and comfortable. Host were kind and communicated quickly. The sheets and bed made a good night sleep. Everything work in the trailer. I definitely will stay there again next year.

Beautiful and peaceful

We had such a relaxing and beautiful weekend here. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming and Pumpkin the cat was an added bonus!

Just like home!

I can't say enough about this place. It was very inviting as were the hosts. Peaceful, breathtaking views. I had my family over during the evenings for dinner and fun. I will be back!

Hillside tranquility

The best part of our stay was sharing a glass of wine with Liliana and Michael. It was lovely getting to know them. The Rv had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We saw deer, goats, chickens, and even a horse. Don’t worry you can’t hear them from the RV. It was cozy hanging out on the deck with the fire pit all lit up.

Lovely quiet place in the backcountry!

Our staying at this place definitely adds to our weekend road trip. The RV is exactly like the pictures showed, very neat, clean, comfortable, and is located in a beautiful country setting. The location is also convenient and close to many amenities and attractions. Our hosts, Liliana and Michael, are super responsive and welcoming! Highly recommended!

A quiet place with a million dollar view

Liliana and Michael are so kind and friendly, they always make sure we have what we need. We enjoyed the beautiful view, the barn ( many adorable goats and chicken, and a charming horse Dancer!) highly recommended if you are looking for a nice retreat out from the busy city life
