Arhimser Villa is located on the pristine Kahandamodara beach on an acre of magnificent beachfront. The villa has 4 extra large, high ceilinged double bedrooms with sea views, each room is over 42 square meters with attached ensuite, air conditioning, fans, bidet, safe, closet, clothes rack, baggage rack etc., The spacious, airy lounge and dining areas also have sea views. The modern kitchen, pantry and separate laundry provide ample space for comfort and privacy. The villa accommodates 8 persons. If requested, one extra bed can be added to each of 2 rooms - in total 10 persons can be accommodated. Each extra bed attracts a charge of USD 40 per night.
A staff team of four including the chef work at the villa. There are separate staff quarters on the premises where some of the staff live. We have negotiated special discounted rates with the transport providers and suggest guests use their services as the rates are very competitive.
Staying at this property one experiences a feeling of calm and complete relaxation. The villa is sparkling clean and tastefully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whilst adventurous travelers can undertake day trips to the several places of interest, others who want to chill out can laze on the back verandah overlooking the ocean absorbing its magnificence or sip a cocktail in the cabana on the beach, or play a game of beachball or badminton or chess or bridge. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and seeing a large fish jump out of the water or a turtle coming ashore to lay it's eggs or a walk on the pristine golden sandy beach or observing the simple way of life of the villagers creates pleasant memories that remain forever. The villa and its location is a slice of paradise.
POLICIES:
1. Free pick up from the International BIA airport or a hotel in Colombo available for stays of 7 nights for groups of up to 8 travelling together. Pick up for stays less than 7 days can be arranged at prices to be agreed. For stays of 10 days free pick and drop off is available.
2. Daily cleaning service and all taxes are included in the villa rate.
3. Meals are priced at breakfast USD 8, lunch or dinner USD 8-12 per meal and USD 4-8 for kids meals, light meals, soups, salads, deserts and snacks. Both local, Asian and western cuisine and vegetarian is available. Any special requests for live lobster, large lagoon prawns and other gourmet seafood can be provided at market rate with advance notice.
4. We do not sell liquor or wine but guests are welcome to bring their own stocks for consumption free of charge whilst staying at the villa. The villa is solely and exclusively for the use of only the resident guests.
