There's a convenient in-unit laundry so every moment can be focused on island time. This is a highly desired location on the intercoastal that is easy on and off the island, with no traffic! Step out the door and it's a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the convenience of the newly renovated pool that overlooks the intercoastal waterway while watching the dolphins and manatees frolic and play. There are two kayaks, fishing gear, snorkels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. If you are looking for some entertainment, take a short stroll to Bridge Street for shopping and your favorite restaurants and bars. You will love this little piece of island paradise as much as we do!

Beach rest

Generally the unit suited us well, as we were overseas visitors it would have been very helpful to have had a land line phone. Unit was very well equipped but the sliding door needed some attention. Thank you Annette

Walk from the intracoastal to the beach

Loved the location. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Very well supplied and clean condo, everything you need. Nancy was always available and responsive. Loved the Wicked Cantina and the Kokonut Hut between our condo and the beach. Just a few steps away. Food , drinks and service

Winter 2022

My husband and I spent January/ February 2022 at this cozy condo. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated in nautical/beach decor. All new furnishings and appliances. The location was excellent for walking to Wicked Cantina and Bridge street restaurants and shops. It is located across the street from the beach. The pool is located right on the intercostal waterway. We had an excellent experience at this condo and would highly recommend it!

Captain Dave and Nancy Lopez are your hosts. We enjoy travel and are avid cruising, boating, and beach lovers. Captain Dave is a Florida native, who grew up fishing, boating, and swimming these waters his entire life. His family vacations were spent on Anna Maria Island, and now he and his wife Nancy have made it their second home.

Why they chose this property

The renovations we made were done with the intent to include amenities we knew people would appreciate from a vacation destination. We added USB wall plugs, easy-care non-slip flooring, and an in-unit laundry so all of your time can be island time.

What makes this property unique

One of the best features of this condo is the location. A left turn out of the parking lot and you are already in the left turn lane to get on the bridge off the island for shopping and errands. We love the central location to all the restaurants, beaches, and activities. There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All the restaurants deliver to the condo, so that's a bonus too. We also appreciate the very short walk to the beach. Parking is a premium on the island so that is a non-issue. The free trolley stop is very close by, so if you want to venture further, you don't even need a car.
