Located 2 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta, beachfront inside a Residential complex, Villa Vista de Aves is completely private and self-contained with private entrance and pool. Easy access to beach thru the complex garden and elevator and also enjoys the large common pool and Palapa covered open air living space on the beach.

The villa has over 7000 Sq. Ft of indoor & outdoor living space, heated infinity pool and a spectacular water feature with 2 giant palm trees to frame the view of the sunset. The main level is an open concept entertaining area with living, dining and very well-equipped kitchen all flowing out to the main terrace with infinity pool lounging areas and outdoor dining.

The 2 level pool is actually an upper water feature with the 2 giant palms. The lower level is the heated infinity pool approx. dimensions 12 X 18 feet and 4 feet deep.

The villa design is contemporary with simple lines, with an infusion of Mexican hand-crafted textiles and one of a kind folk art. The name translates as View of the Birds & you will see many sea birds glide past above the ocean & hear birds in the nearby Trees.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this Villa. Staff was amazing. We had cocktail hour at 5pm everyday and awesome Mexican food nightly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Girls 60th birthday celebration

We had a wonderful time. Samuel made great drinks, ( I forgot the ladies names that cooked and cleaned), but food was excellent and house was always kept up. I would highly recommend. I hope to go back one day.

From the minute we were picked up at the airport until we were dropped back off at the airport it was perfect. The entire staff was beyond helpful and amazing at their jobs. They were absolutely some of the most friendly and kind people we met on our stay. We will be returning as often as possible and recommending this to home to all our friends and family. If you deserve a perfect vacation this is it!

70th Birthday Celebration

Our stay at the Villa was to celebrate my 70th birthday with family and friends. I could not have been happier with everything about this place. Starting with the pickup at the airport to the arrival at the villa with Margaritas and snacks waiting for us. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate all our requests. Samuel, Noemia, and Noemi all did an excellent job. Service, quality of food and cleanliness of house were superior.

Great Puerto Vallarta Stay

We stayed a week (family of 6 adults 1 child) at the beautiful Villa Vista de Aves and had a great stay. The best part was the beautiful ocean view and amazing staff. Samuel was our houseman and he was great with all planning and communication. Noemia was our incredible chef - she had a list of great items for breakfast and dinner and special requests. She is incredibly talented and everything was delicious. It was such a treat to not have to worry about cooking or dishes. Noemi was our housekeeper and the villa and rooms were always clean. Pool: Smaller than it seemed in pics; 'upper pool' is more just to wade and read in, but is only 6” deep Rooms: Good sized; ok mattresses; bedding, sheets, pillows, towels were good quality. Living Room: The couch is uncomfortable, slides around and the cushions make it hard to settle in. Location: close to the main road, so heard some cars/trucks Children: the pool has some steep drop offs, there are stairs throughout, etc. We kept an eye whenever she was outside. Cost of Food and Tips: more expensive than we thought, but we did order steak/fresh fish. Get pesos to pay staff back (better exchange rate). We tipped $125-150 each day. Staff will pre-stock house with items and shop during week. Airport Transfer: Price included paid airport transfer...we had a roomy van & ample AC. Overall, 5 star stay and be aware of some of the considerations above. The staff truly made the stay special and were so nice and helpful to our entire family.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, the staff, or the owner! Communication was awesome. Sami and Marilena prepared and served meals every day—absolutely delicious! We will definitely be renting this place again!

Simply amazing

I spent a month long in this property and loved every minute of it. The best, amazing, relaxing, the view, the staff, .... I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is amazing. They make the best healthy food. They are so sweet and lovely. It was the best place to rest and recharge by looking at the beautiful view. Was so great to be able to use the larger pool and the beach is just steps away. Highly recommend to anyone with kids.

Great experience

It was a really great experience, the house was lovely and the staff were utterly amazing Marie Elena was an absolutely amazing cook, Samuel saw that all of our needs were met, Blanca was so kind and helpful as was Roberto. We did have a slight issue with the air conditioning in the master bedroom, but it was fixed within a day and we had no problems after that. All in all a great experience and we would definately rent this property again if we were going to go back to Puerto Vallerta

The service we received during our stay was phenomenal! We were treated like royalty and the food, and attentive service, was over the top! The location and Villa were so beautiful, that we never wanted to leave the property; the beach was easily accessible and beautiful, as well as the other common areas that were available to use. We will DEFINITELY be back!
