Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: fitness room, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 850 m, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Zier-Régent" 400 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 3 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 2.4 km, lake Etang Long 1 km. Fonctionnel et sympathique
Studio petit mais espace très bien arrangé, un lit superposé et un grand lit encastré à replier la journée. Exposition su soleil couchant et belle terrasse. Décoration un peu vieillotte. Va bien pour un court séjour avec activités extérieures.

Appréciation du studio Valdore
Ce studio n est pas fait pour 3 personnes l espace des lits superposes rend claustrophobe, par contre le lit encastré confortable le nécessaire est bien pensé l accueil de bienvenue très appréciable. Les plaques de la cuisinière très vieilles,le grill défectueux a changer, sortir le micro onde et le four de l armoire pas pratique,manque une planche de repassage.Le jardin agréable le défilé des joueurs de tennis bruit dérangeant. Propreté impeccable, Rapport qualité prix élevé.

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Mini-Apartement
Das Apartment ist klein, aber gut ausgenutzt und gut ausgestattet sowie fußläufig zum Skilift. Matratze, Decken, Kissen waren gut und gemütlich, das Bad ebenfalls vollkommen in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung altmodisch im Stil, aber mit netten Details, u.a. vielen Kerzen, einer Kommode voller Kinderspiele und tollem Bergblick. Kleine Abzüge: der Fliesenboden ist sehr kalt (besser Teppich?), Nebenkosten sind sehr hoch,und wir mussten länger nach dem Skikellerschlüssel suchen. Sonst zufrieden.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage.
Schrankbett als Doppelbett fällt eher klein aus. Matratze und Kissen sollten erneuert werden. Wohnung ansonsten im guten Zustand, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ist aber kleiner als es auf den Bildern auf dem Buchungsportal scheint. Bei der Ausstattung Küche hat es uns eine Bratpfanne, Abwaschutensilien wie z.B. einen Schwamm und Putzlappen gefehlt.
