Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Marina Apartment with a Cozy Mediterranean decor with air conditioners in all bedrooms and living room.
Guests have access to 3 bedrooms using the entire apartment.
It’s located in the Premier Caribbean Resort of Casa de Campo Resort & Club. We are aprox 5 min by car to Minitas Beach and Pool.
Our guests have access to the many amazing venues that the Resort offers: 5 Golf Courses, more than 30 Tennis Courts, more than 15 Restaurants & Bars, the wonderfrul Minitas Beach, the Altos de Chavon Amphitheater and the Marina with it’s many Shops.
Within walking distance our guests have access to Supermarket, Restaurants & Shops.
Our apartment has a private parking space. We offer continental breakfast no fee for this.
Guests will pay resort fee if they show rental upon gate arrival.

I bought and remodeled this amazing condo because its simply heaven being here at La Marina near supermarket, shops, restaurants, banks, & boats.
Since I have my main home in Santo Domingo City, this is a great place to be while I communte back and forth tk Punta Cana for work.
I also have twl condos on the Beach in Punta Cana which I also use and rent.

Incredible location within the Marina. Its not noisy and I its decorated so people can enjoy and relax.
