Luxury Paradise Apartment

We purchased this home from actor Vincent D'Onofrio in 2018. This suite is like an In-Law suite. Separate and private from the rest of the home. You will have a large master suite including a King size bed with a brand new mattress purchased on 10/30/2023, a spacious custom bathroom, a microwave, mini fridge , coffee maker and a BBQ grill just outside.
Outdoors you have a screened in private lanai. Out on your patio you have a HOT TUB and Barbeque grill and plenty of privacy in the back yard also. Nearby you have all the beaches, fishing, kayaking, sailing and tiki bars and waterside restaurants that South West Florida has to offer. Enjoy the tropical weather without leaving to USA.

Thank you, Gary and Damarys for the great accommodations. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfy! It was also stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the chairs available for our day at the beach (which was very close by). There are many delicious restaurants nearby as well. We look forward to coming back again!

Down to every little detail, this place is couple perfect . The only issue was one morning the adjoining house was very loud at 6:15 am and woke us. Other than that, this was a great stay and I would recommend it and Fin’s Restaurant close by..

Very nicely furnished, everything new or like new. All you need for a comfortable stay is covered. Location is private, and Gary the owner is great to work with and he responds promptly. Conveniently located near restaurants and bars. Fort Myer’s is a short 23 minute drive.

Girls Vacation

I stayed with my friend for a girls vacation. It was very very nice, clean, comfy and close to everything. My only criticism is the TV did not work properly....could not get clear reception on anything but 2 channels. Other than the TV it was perfect and a great place to stay. I would stay there again for sure!!

Better than a hotel! First floor, no steps Hot tub crystal clear

Perfect bed, shower, garden tub inside, Television, Internet, Hot Tub right outside your door. Lil fridge, micro, coffee pot plastic wear, mugs, wine glasses. We stayed for 2 weeks, and was thankful to return here at each days end. I would recommend for 2 people.

The perfect setting for a family get together under one roof. Beautiful home with the perfect pool and liaini space to enjoy! Home has the option of renting a suite to expand space and provide the privacy you may want if your children are now adults or if you just want additional space. Cute rental in nice location.

My son and his girlfriend stayed during their visit to Fort Myers. They liked the area and the room. The only thing they noticed is that they said there was no cold water. Maybe just the way Florida water is, not sure. They would stay again.

Nice clean place. They have what you need to make a beach visit. Nice sized bathroom. We didn’t use the hot tub or bathtub. They both seemed very nice. TvV reception and channels were not good. Needs a light outside entrance by entrance door.
