Cozy Home on the Potomac River in Wine Country

This private, two bedroom house sits on 10 nature filled acres and is located directly on the Potomac River with water access from the estate. We are surrounded by wineries, breweries, parks, historic towns, art and culture. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and anyone looking to escape to peace and quiet. Cozy up to the warm gas fireplace with a book, explore Loudoun and Frederick County or have fun with the many yard games we offer on site!

Potomac Overlook Farms is a wonderful place to escape. We offer thoughtful amenities, fun in the great outdoors and plenty of space to just be. The house is equipped with everything you'll need to feel like a home away from home. Not sure if we have something? Please send us a message!

Please also be advised that during November, December, January, February, March and April, the Main House may be simultaneously rented to a separate party, who will not have access to the Guest House you rent. Shared spaces include the parking area and grounds activities.
