In the house: central heating system, burglar alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Wir waren das 2. mal in dem Haus. Dieses Mal leider nicht so zufrieden wie beim ersten Mal. Trotzallem schönes Haus ! Super zentral. Schnell zu finden. Schneller und kurzer Gang zum See. Super für Haustiere. Komplett eingezäunt Wlan gibt es leider nicht mehr. Statt 8 Liegen sind es nur noch 4 Da keine Klima oder Ventilatoren vorhanden sehr warm.

Es war eigentlich alles wir beschrieben. Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage ca. 10 Minuten zu fuß an den See. Es fehlt lediglich W-LAN

Nach der Anreise mussten wir ca. 3 Stunden putzen um das Haus einigermaßen sauber zu bekommen, nach den letzten Mietern wurde wahrscheinlich nur stellenweiße gekehrt und das wars. Die Küche hat uberall geklebt, die Bäder waren dreckig. Die Terrassenmöbel haben ihre besten Jahre auch schon hinter sich, genauso wie die Jalousien im Wohnbereich.

Gute Unterkunft

Positiv Konnten früher als geplant einchecken. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Negativ Weg vom Strand zurück ist durch eine sehr starke Steigung für behinderte Personen nicht gut geeignet. Dies hätte in der Ortsbeschreibung erwähnt werden sollen. WLAN war täglich gestört und musste jedes Mal durch resetten des Routers wieder hergestellt werden. Für die Terrasse war der Sonnenschirm zu klein und auch zu schwer anders zu platzieren.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind recht groß, es ist alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist gut für eine Abkühlung, aber recht klein. Ein Sonnenschirm ist im Hochsommer absolut notwendig, da es auf dem Grundstück kaum Schatten gibt - auf Nachfrage wurde er auch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist: - zwei Fahrzeuge können sicher auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden - das Grundstück ist geschlossen - die Terasse ist schön groß - Küche/Ess/Wohnzimmer ist groß und bequem - für 8 Personen perfekt - Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Balaton und etliche Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen Negativ ist: Das optional buchbare Internet über WLAN fällt ständig aus (machmal hilft es den Repeater neu zu starten, aber nicht immer). Internet sollte zwar im Urlaub nur eine Nebensache sein, wenn man es aber dazu bucht, um es für Whatsapp, Spotify usw. zu nutzen, wäre es schön, wenn es dann auch durchgehend funktioniert. Ein leichter Reparaturstau und für die Urlaubssaison unterbrochene Renovierungen sind erkennbar aber noch vertretbar. Direkt nebenan wird ein Haus gebaut (Stand August 2016). Sich bei Baulärm in 10 Meter Entfernung zum Pool zu entspannen ist uns nicht immer gelungen.

Top Haus :)

Wir waren zu acht im Haus. Zimmer waren zahlreich vorhanden. Es is sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Siofok ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Zu Fuß muss man 1,5 std rechnen bis man im Zentrum ist man kann aber gemütlich am See entlang laufen. Ansonsten hat das Haus alle Ausstattung welche man braucht. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und alles hat gut funktioniert.

Great house - wonderful pool!

The house was lovely and it was great to have the pool right outside. We were very close to the lake and the main area of Siofok. The only drawback - in the hot August weather (heatwave) - there was no AC or ceiling fans in the house. Otherwise, we loved our stay and the house. I would recommend it highly.
