Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house on the heights of Urrugne, 4.2km from the village. Day room with fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), living room, lounge area (82cm TV), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom shower/wc, separate wc, pantry (washing machine, dryer). Beds made on arrival, electric heating included (reversible air conditioning in the day room only). Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, parking. Close to hiking trails (Ibardin, Xoldokogaina lake...) and 9km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz. Possibility of short stays from 3 nights, on request. A pleasant apartment for holidays on the Basque Coast which will allow you to combine beach and hiking!
