Close to the city center, in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator) comprising an entrance hall with a closet, a living/dining room, an open-plan fitted kitchen (refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, multi-function microwave, etc.). 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a closet. 1 bathroom (shower and sink). Separate toilet. 1 private parking space. INTERNET ACCESS - NO PETS ALLOWED - SMOKING ON THE TERRACE.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for an additional fee from the agency upon booking). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory is taken upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants leave the apartment on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This pre-inspection will allow us to verify that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
