Great Family Gathering Spot

We had a blast! The house was so big and spacious, my grandsons had so much room to play! The kayaks were perfect for a nice late night row! Can’t wait to rent this out again!

Loved this roomy home with huge kitchen, livingroom and master. Enjoyed our days on the sandy beach out in the water on paddle boards and kayaks. Loved playing nerf frisbee through the sprinklers. Relaxed under the stars on the beach on the lounge chairs watching for meteors. It is a great place with lots or indoor and outdoor space.Loved it! Be sure to spend a day in Sandpoint and rent a poontoon boat it was a blast

Beautiful view and lots of room! Great amenities had everything you need! Huge yard, can play football and jump in the water. Air conditioning would have been nice, but plenty of fans!

Perfect family getaway

Whole family vacation with adult children and their children ranging in age 3-23. The house was large enough for everyone to spread out, lots of outside room to play and not too far off the beaten path while still being within 30 minutes of Silverwood. It was perfect!

Family vacation

Great spacious house on a beautiful property. Well stocked with plenty of towels and dishes for the large groups this home accommodates. Our only complaint was the check out times were confusing. The VrBO app stated 11am check out which is the norm, but in notes in the house it said 10am which was rushed when we were required to wash towels before leaving l. All in all we loved this house.

Had a wonderful time

Even with the record breaking heat we had an amazing time and hope to come back! The property manager/owner was very attentive and made sure we wouldn't be too hot setting up fans and sprinklers. It was so perfect for our two families we didn't want to leave!

Great time at the lake

We had a great time at the house. The house is big and roomy yet warm and welcoming. Even with no air conditioning, the house stayed cool during the day if you opened the windows at night and closed them in the morning. The kayaks were fun but we didn't see a pedal boat. The beach is nice for the kids, but the shallow water might be too murky for some adults. There is a lot of clay under there. There are a fair amount of weeds as well, so unless you like feeling like you are walking on a wet carpet under the water, you might want to bring water shoes. The 4th of July fireworks were amazing and went on for well over an hour across the lake. We also had eagles and hawks perched on a tree at the property line. They caught a few fish right in front of us over the 5 days. This is a great place for families and reunions. You won't be disappointed and Martina was very kind, responsive and easy to work with.

Disc Golf Getaway

A great gathering space for 8 disc golf enthusiasts. We spent the early parts of the days at Farragut SP and Caliber DGC. Evenings on the beach, and big backyard. Everyone had a great time!

Great getaway with friends

We were in Sandpoint for a youth soccer tournament and shared the house with a total of 12 people. The house was more than big enough for our 3 families. We were there on a rainy weekend, so the washer and dryer were a necessity. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be back next summer.

Great place to stay

The house and property are beautiful. It’s right on the river with a big Sandy beach. Grandkids loved swimming, fishing and kayaking right on the property. Owner provided some kayaks which we used and enjoyed. Great communication with the owner , she was very responsive if we had a question. Lots of wildlife including bald eagles. The house is stocked with supplies. It’s close to town but not too close to neighbors so you have privacy to unwind. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s huge and has plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed spending time with our family and would stay there again.

Huge Beautiful property with so much room for your family or friends to stay on the water and take in the beautiful rivers and lakes. Well stocked for your needs to accommodate large groups if need be. Martina is quick with her responses and very kind.

Enjoyed our stay after we got there!

We spent most of our time outside at the beach cove or on the deck. The house was very roomy and quiet at night. However I really didn't enjoy how unwelcoming the the contract portion of the reservation was - things being last minute and contract not send when I was told to expect it and then sent to me the week prior to our stay. We did enjoy the property though!

A must for a girl's get-away!

I have hosted 3 Craft Retreats at this property in the spring and fall since 2010. I absolutely L-O-V-E this house! The largest number of gals I have hosted has been 14. There are enough beds to accommodate all of us comfortably. Our 4 day / 3 night stay is very calm, quite and tranquil. The hot tub is a real draw for the ladies. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators (no automatice ice makers) is a huge bonus. The kitchen even has two coffee makers! There are extra tables and chairs in the garage to use. The parking area was big enough for ALL our vehicles. Not very many steps to get into the house either. This is helpful for the older generation. There isn't another rental house out there like this one. The living room and formal dining room is sooo big we all can fit in to do our craft. That is such a blessing - fellowship is such a huge part of our retreats. Our motto is SCRAP - EAT - SLEEP - REPEAT!

It was simply mindblowing. Very neat and clean and well maintained place. Martina was really sweet and helpfull. The house had so much space that it is simply beyond words. Beauiful views and simply exceptional. We will definitely be visiting the place once again

Best vacaction we have ever had!!!

We loved this home, it was everything you would want in a vacation rental. The property was amazing with its beautiful waterfront sand beach, hot tub and pool table. The home was clean and confortable. My family has been on many vacations but this one stands above every other vacation we have had. We were able to pay volleyball on the large grass area between the home and the beach and the weather in Sandpoint was outstanding. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to unwind for a week, its the ultimate place to do it. Thank you for the memories!!!!

Perfect for Families

This property was perfect for our family vacation consisting of 6 families with 19 people. Everyone slept comfortably and did not feel the need to go elswhere to be entertained with the close proximity of the beach, fishing, boating, hot tub, etc. The view is beautiful! The house was very clean and the kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked. The owner is exceptionally responsive and great to work with. We highly recommend this property .

Great Place

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great, peaceful place to relax. The manager is great at responding to your needs. The place has soo much room you always have somewhere to retreat to inside or out. The paddle boats are fun for the whole family. We enjoyed being on the water and having the choice not to get wet. We swam of course, and it was refreshingly cold and calm. The well-maintained hot tub and pool table are exciting perks. As are the supplied videos for your entertainment. They even supply toys and a high chair for little kids too. Almost everything we could ever want was there for us to enjoy. My family's age range from toddler-elderly. Why not rate it excellent you may ask? Well, some of us are videogameaholics and neat freaks. Some cleaning under the couches was needed and mending of couch pillows...no biggy. I would say Very Good/Great rating. We will definately rent again. Our family and friends were so impressed by their stay there and our comments that they are considering renting for the first time.
