CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Beach Resort sits on the sparkling sands of the Gulf of Mexico, right in the heart of Destin, FL. There's many amenities on-site, including an outdoor and indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, meeting space and charcoal grills. The Sea Store, a souvenir and convenience store right in the lobby, and more! Seasonally, you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach for an additional fee and grab a drink at the outdoor tiki bar. Plus, the Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day at the front desk for any questions you may have or things you need.

Step into SunDestin 712 and be greeted by a completely updated, coastal space. The kitchen is right inside the front door and has beautiful, upgraded counters and appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals. The living space is all open concept with a large dining room and living room with floor to ceiling windows with views of the gulf and the surrounding Destin area. The decor has been thoughtfully chosen to bring the colors of the coast indoors. On the balcony, you'll find the best views of the Emerald Coast and access to the master bedroom. This room has a king sized bed and a large ensuite bath. The guest room has a queen sized bed plus twin bunk beds. This space is perfect for kids. There's a private bathroom for this room as well, and there's a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping. With all these beds, this two-bedroom condo sleeps eight guests comfortably.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

With everything in Destin less than five miles from the resort, you won't find a better location. The Destin Harbor is just four miles west, with many dining options. Big Kahuna's Water Park is less than a mile away and so is The Track Destin. There's plenty of options nearby if you want to spend a day off the sand.
