Let’s start with the seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar. Continue on with the newly-renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), and fitness facility. Then add our outdoor hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room, and top it off with complimentary DVD rentals, a gift shop. In addition to the many amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your personal or professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0612 is a lovely, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to seven. Gorgeous views abound midst cozy furnishings in this sun-filled open-concept living/dining area. Upon entrance you’ll note plenty of cupboard and cabinet space in the fully-appointed kitchen. Gather around the dining table for a game of cards or a puzzle or convene in the living room for a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Enjoy expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, accessible from both the living room and master suite. Wake up refreshed each morning from a peaceful night sleep either on the queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, in the guest bedroom with a double bed and twin bed, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



There’s no shortage of ways to unwind at the resort, but when you’re ready to venture off property, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants, boutiques, and water activities waiting to be discovered!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Perfect Location

We had the best spring break at this property. The views were beautiful, and the location was central to everything. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for a great trip. We really appreciated the amount of towels available, and laundry was close by if we needed it. Would love to come back again!

Great place, perfect room

Great place to stay located between Big Kahuna and The Track for entertainment. Beach was clean. Room was great, 6th floor was just right. Only complaint was room wasn\'t ready till 5:00 and that was very inconvenient . Would definitely go back.

The condo had a wonderful view! You could see the ocean from the primary room, living room, and dining table. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The on-site store and restaurant was so convenient. Not having to get out in all the traffic was a plus!

Beach Bliss

Our family had a wonderful time here. The condo is nice with super, comfy beds and amenities. The location is fantastic being right on the beach with beautiful views and the resort is close to everything. The laundry room is on the same floor and they even have a gift shop/store downstairs for quick purchases. Room had a safe, iron/ironing board, and a laundry basket. They supply a starter kit of trash bags and dishwasher soap, etc. Walmart is close by for all your groceries and needs. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This is my fourth time staying at Sundestin and I will for sure be back.

Overall very clean, needs a few minor things such as a full shade in guest bedroom vs, a partial see thru blind. Coffee maker needs to be upgraded to a Keurig coffee maker ( personal opinion). We have stayed here twice and enjoy it each time; again these are personal opinions.

Amazing Views, location and resort - Furniture could have been better

Amazing views from the balcony. It is a corner unit and hence has better views compared to the non corner units (as shown in the pictures). Kitchen was well equipped and the condo had everything for a comfortable stay. Shower, Bed and Sofa definitely needs an upgrade as they are very old. Shower lacked the force, Bed was making noise when we turned and sofa was torn and my child even got hurt as the Sofa lacked cushion on sides. We had a broken chair in the balcony which was not great as well. Overall, I would recommend to stay here and would suggest the owners to change the Beds, Sofa and Shower.

Nice stay! Many details of the room were not as pictured in booking photos.

Overall we had a great experience. The room was clean and the facilities were nice. There were lots of small details around our unit that we felt like should have been fixed prior to our stay- especially for the price of our room. Ultimately, these details did not affect the overall quality of our stay- but these details were not shown in photos prior to booking. If we had seen these beforehand, we probably would not have booked this unit (ex: Portion of the “mirror wall” was either broken/taken down and clearly missing. There were large patches on the wall where the mirror had been glued that were not repaired prior to our stay. King bed frame was broken and seemingly taped back together. Other areas that seemed to be repaired with just tape. Small hole in the panel wall with exposed wires. Light outside the front door was dangling with exposed wires. No light on the balcony (many other units looked to be the same way- this was a very minor inconvenience).

Room was nice, Sundestin needs repairs

Bed was very comfortable, decor was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Heater was out on the hot tub most of the week which was disappointing. Building and the condo need a lot of repairs from paint, broken tiles, missing baseboards, cabinet finish is coming off, one of the chair backs on the balcony was broken (the screws were on the ground so we put them back in to make due for the week), we saw a roach in the master bedroom one night. Sliding glass door and screen need some work as well. The smoking area needs to be moved as well. We could smell the cigarette smoke while we were sitting on the balcony and while sitting in the hot tub. The room was nice overall but Sundestin is an older building and would benefit from some much needed repairs. Beach service was great! We also enjoy having the on-site store for ice, etc

Destin Vacation 2021

Perfect view! Just as shown on the listing. Slept our family of 7 comfortably. Restaurant was a bit dirty, but food and service was good. Would have been nice if the splash pad had been turned off each night at 10pm when the pools and hot tub closed. Our room was directly 6 floors above it and it disrupted the relaxing wave noise in the late evening. WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Very Nice Could Use Some Modern Upgrades

Great place for families. The shower rod in the master bedroom will take someone out one day. Not secure at all, fell several times. Could use upgrades like lamps or outlets with charger connections. Stackable washer and dryer in the unit would be great. Upgraded mobile key access would be a plus so we don’t have to worry about keys. Larger pools, maybe a lazy river.
