With an array of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort offers a picture-perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities includean outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Experience a true vacationer's dream in SunDestin 903, boasting breathtaking ninth-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. To the left of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and a comfortable king bed. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway and features granite sink countertops. Nestled in the hallway is a set of twin bunk beds, providing a cozy space for the children to unwind after a long day. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen with elegant granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances provides an open and welcoming space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. There is seating for six guests at the kitchen breakfast bar, as well. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with a comfortable couch and two chairs, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



Sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony, with seating for four. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, ninth-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed nestled in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

The location was excellent in proximity to activities and dinning as well as shopping. Very clean and furnished to support a small family with no issues. The view was great and the water pressure was awesome. Great for getting the sand off of you. Storage for clothes is a little tight and could use a small dresser especially in the master but other than that it was perfect.

My husband and I brought out children here for a cheer comp and vacation the Condo was absolutely wonderful over looking the gorgeous white sand beaches. If with all the updates going on we did not even notice other than seeing them working. The staff was more than pleasant from the front desk to the gift shop everyone so kind and helpful. Destin Destination

The condo was nice, it was nice to have two separate sinks and the view from the balcony was lovely. But the pool was closed and the building was undergoing upgrades (badly needed) so there was repair and construction equipment all around - along with noise. The restaurant was nothing to write home about. The “concierge” service was helpful but they really were there to sell timeshares in a new building. Overall, a but disappointing.

Overall the room was clean and the beach side view was great and the stay was pleasant. The condition of some of the furniture inside the condo however did have some concern. The stools near the kitchen bar were all wobbly, we tried our best to tighten them but they would all eventually untighten themselves and become wobbly again thus making them virtually unsafe and unusable. The knob to the restroom door is also about to fall off. With some upgrades and fixes this place would become a complete 5 star place to stay

Overall, disappointing. Check-in was easy but while the individual was very friendly, it was obvious the main purpose was to sign you up for events, especially timeshare promotions. The unit was clean, the view from the balcony was great and it was nice having two sinks in the bathroom. However, the kitchen was empty of anything helpful to travelers - like salt, pepper, teabags, packets of sugar, etc., etc. Flying in from out of state, it would be difficult to pack all of that and if purchased there, how to get it home? The resort itself was under a very badly needed “restoration” project which meant no pool(!!), and construction noise and equipment. The restaurant was nothing to write home about and other than the beach, there wasn’t much to do We left early, even though we had paid in full, and went elsewhere.

Needs Maintenance

Overall very nicely updated unit as far as decor and location is perfect. In general need of maintenance such as all barstools legs were so loose that the stools swayed side to side and couldn’t be sat on. Various spills and stains on bedroom/bathroom walls that are in need of cleaning/painting. No handle on linen closet so was impossible to open the door to get towels without using a towel to grab the bare screw sticking out where the handle used to be. Broken tile on patio. Lightbulbs burned out. Low battery alert on a/c control. Toilet handle and flushing not working upon arrival but we repaired it ourselves.

Could be better

Did not have any good customer service. Staff at the hotel seemed unfriendly or bothered if we had any questions. You can tell it's individually owned as theee was no overall appeal to the property. Elevators were stinky and in working order but could use nicer signage inside. Sheets were very low quality and had to make 3 of the 4 beds we used. The kitchen looked updated and was nice would've been helpful to have washer and dryer in unit as again they common laundry room was not wll taken care of and did not seem clean but old. Loved the patio with chairs. The king bed was old with a very big dip in the middle and the couch bed was very thin uncomfortable mattress. Sheets on king didn't seeem clean as their was a little debris on them.
