This one level home is located in Santa Rosa Cove. This gated community has access to the world famous La Quinta Resort. The property is on the 10th hole. Walking distance to the hotels restaurants, SPA and its golf clubhouse. Room service is available from the hotel.
Home: 3 bedrooms ( Dual Masters with 1 King bed ea, and one master with bunk bed) there is a private Casita. There are 3.5 Bathrooms, Private Outdoor Spa. Walk to 4 swimming pools and tennis courts. The house has an outdoor BBQ, New Air conditioner/Heater, Patio with Lounge Furniture. Laundry Room. Every room has a LCD/Plasma Flat screen TV

House is great! Nice neighborhood and comes stocked with mostly everything you need. Bummed the private spa isn’t really for use, but there are plenty of pools and jacuzzis near by to use!

Beautiful property

We traveled to La Quinta for our oldest son’s wedding held a block from this property at the PGA West clubhouse. In fact, everything is very close, and yet it is quiet and peaceful. The pictures don’t do it justice as it is a spacious, beautiful, corner lot home. The beds are very comfortable and all bedrooms have en suites. Best appointed VRBO ever for us, my husband made a full brunch for the groomsmen and needed only a griddle. Short walk to the resort. We have stayed in other places in the area but this home was the best. Three pools within a block. Don’t hesitate, this is a home that works for couples or a larger family. The third bedroom is a casita, which worked great for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Quiet Family Stay

Great home for a family getaway. My parents own a property in Santa Rosa Cove so this was a perfect property for my family to stay in during our visit. The home has all the amenities you need and allowed us to host a family dinner for 6 adults and 3 kiddos just fine. Our toddler loved being right on the golf course and running through the green space at night after golfers had finished for the day. Dacrey was easy to work with and get ahold of when needed. Location was very quiet with little car traffic. We will definitely be returning for future visits.

Terrific unit

The condo is clean, fully stocked, and very comfortable (especially the beds!). The Santa Rosa Cove location can't be beat. We wanted to rent it again the same time next year but it was already taken by another guest. Darn it!!

La Quinta beauty

This home is absolutely gorgeous and furnished with wonderful furniture that invites comfort and elegance. We had the pleasure to stay from March 25-29. The home is situated on a corner lot with beautiful views of the golf course, overlooking the 10th green of the La Quinta Mountain Golf Course. Mountains surrounded us and we're very close to our rental home providing spectacular views. The owner of this home made it so easy to locate and get to. Ms. Williams could not have been more accommodating and kind. If you want a wonderful vacation home at prices below the La Quinta resort prices this is where you need to be. Sensational!!
