It is ideally located within easy walking distance of the Snowflake lift (700 ft), the mountain and the town (2 blocks). For those that do not wish to walk, there is a free town bus service less than one minute walk from the house. In addition to the private Hot Tub at the house, as a guest of Elk Ridge 426, you also have free and unlimited access to the exclusive Swimming Pool complex located just a short stroll away at the Upper Village, winter and summer. We take tremendous pride in our house as well as our dedicated housekeepers and we will do everything possible to make sure you have a comfortable and memorable stay in the house.
The house is a 2,600 sq ft town home spread over 4 floors. This provides plenty of space and privacy for both families and groups as required. It includes a Private Hot Tub, Fully equipped Modern Kitchen, Outside Grill, Multiple decks and outstanding views. Surround sound HIFI , Blue Ray player, High speed internet available free (wifi) as well as full HD Cable TV. Outdoor/indoor swimming pool available to guests.

House Layout:
Living Room:- Open plan living area with large comfortable sofas, cozy gas fireplace, LCD TV, surround sound system, DVD, HD cable TV, iPod dock. All suited to those relaxing nights after a hard day in the mountains. Door opening out to the deck with grill, some seating and great views.
Kitchen:- Fully equipped, new granite work surfaces, new appliances, French Fridge/Freezer which includes chilled water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, coffee maker (normal Mr. Coffee maker machine, coffee filters are provided), crock pot.
Dining:- Dining table seats 8 comfortably (possible to seat more) with 4 extras seats at the kitchen/breakfast bar.
Lobby/entrance hall, bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 1 (Top Floor) Sleeps 4 - 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper, this room is a great to be used as a possible playroom for kids it has a TV/DVD player and table with four chairs for board games.
(The Den) (twin beds (has additional pull out bed) , LCD TV, en suite bathroom with new granite tops, tiled bathroom and fitted wardrobes. It is called a den because of local regulations since this room does not have outside windows, but has its own bathroom, therefore functions as a fifth bedroom.
Master Bedroom Sleeps 2 King Bed, LCD TV, door leading out to balcony, great views. Luxurious en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, double sink. Spacious bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and seating area.

Car parking for two cars, one in the garage and one behind. For a 3rd car, you can park it at the Airport Rd parking lot, 5-minute drive from our house...do not park at the street or at an unauthorized spot, local authorities might tow the vehicle.
Smoking / drugs not allowed. As per local ordinance, quiet time starts at 10:00 PM, no loud music / outside / hot tub partying after 10:00 PM, Summit County authorities enforcing it since permanent residents live in this community.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 50% cancellation penalty plus any VRBO service fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 30 to 60 days before scheduled check-in date. No refunds will be provided if cancellation happens within 30 days of the scheduled check-in day.
