About this property

223 Hickman Street is a South Rehoboth Beach vacation rental situated approximately three blocks from the beach. Guests will enter this coastal getaway on the first floor, where they will find one bedroom and a full bathroom. There is space for everyone in this rental home as well, as the first floor includes a living room, large family room, and private sitting room with futon. Completing the first floor are the kitchen and dining rooms. Head upstairs to find the remaining four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share one bathroom, which is located in the hallway. There is a single bedroom which connects to the large en-suite with its own bathroom. At this beach home, guests will find off-street parking for two cars, and the owner also offers two on-street parking passes that can be used at any non-metered parking spots within the city of Rehoboth Beach. Guests can also take advantage of the garage, which may be used for storing all your beach equipment, and enjoy outdoor living on the front screened porch. *This is a non smoking home. Pets are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $311.20.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Day Minimum- Saturday to Saturday

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

First floor- 1 Double & 1 Twin, 1 Double Futon
Second floor- 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 1 King and 1 Twin Trundle, 1 Single - *The king and the trundle are in one large en-suite; One single bedroom with twin bed is adjoining to the en-suite but can be closed off for privacy. You have to walk thru the single bedroom to get to the King/trundle bedroom.

Second time just as good!

Family beach fun

Great stay in this house. Very clean and great setup for family fun. Open design allows for everyone to be close but have their space. Fairly close to beach and other than Mom we were all walking to the beach. Fun times!

Family Tradition

We love our yearly trip to Rehoboth and this year was no different. This location was amazing. A nice walk to/from the beach and close to the heart of Rehoboth with restaurants all about a 15min walk. Plenty of room to spread out in the house when needed.

Hickman home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very satisfied. Nice location . Storing bikes in the garage was very helpful. We were surprised that the place had no supplies like trash bags, detergent (laundry or dish). Two step areas were dangerous1) going from kitchen to family room the flooring is the same and there is a small hidden step. 2nd there is a landing on the main level that intersects with stairs, LR, BR and den- to go through you must go up and down. Treacherous! There was also water damage and missing parts to fan on front porch. Despite the flaws we had a good time.
