Gemütlich 5 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Wissembourg, this charming apartment of a surface of 73 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 36 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

We offer you, in the same residence, 6 other similar properties available for rent!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 36 m² open on the kitchen with a lounge area, TV, with a single sofa bed (130*190).
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking plates and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a single sofa bed (130*190) with a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with WC

The apartment is ideally located in Wissembourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
-Sightseeing: Visit of the city of Wissembourg and its ramparts, visit of the neighboring German villages, traditional villages of the North Alsace....
- Sports activities: Hiking, outdoor swimming pools, Alsace adventure forest,

Gemütlich 5 "Das Apartment ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Allerdings hat es gravierende Probleme mit der Sauberkeit: Im Bad hat es stark nach Urin und Zigarettenrauch gerochen. An der Heizung neben der Toilette klebte eine braune Masse. Das Bett wirkte bereits benutzt: Viele Haare und Flecken auf dem Laken und ein muffiger Geruch. Wir konnten nicht darin schlafen. Das Geschirr war dreckig und der Kühlschrank vollkommen verkeimt, als wäre großflächig Fleischsaft ausgelaufen. Der Boden war klebrig und dreckig, als wäre länger nicht feucht gewischt worden. Leider wurden unsere Anrufe an die Verwaltung des Apartments nicht entgegen genommen. Die Lage ist gut, aber direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Wäre das Apartment sauber gewesen, hätten wir es besser bewertet."

Gemütlich 5 "Mooi en ruim appartement gelegen in het Rustige Wissembourg. Het appartement was heel proper bij aankomst al hadden we enige twijfel over het beddengoed van het 2persoonsbed, dit leek ons al beslapen te zijn aan de geur te ruiken (gelukkig hadden wij zelf reserve mee). De badkamer en keuken waren ook heel ruim en proper. Enig minpuntje was het aantal badhanddoeken en vaatdoeken ter plaatse aanwezig (ik ben zelf een paar vaatdoeken gaan bijkopen want er was er maar 1 ter plaatse). Het keukenapparatuur was proper en makkelijk in gebruik. Er was zelfs een kleine diepvries ideaal voor wat ijsjes in te steken. Misschien een tip voor de toekomst misschien kan de parking genummerd worden zodat er vaste plaatsen zijn per appartement of een afbakening zou ook goed zijn."

Gemütlich 5 "🙂 Neu renoviertes Haus in zentraler Lage in Wisembourg. Die Straße kann etwas laut sein, in der zweiten Etage bekommt man davon aber Dank der guten Fenster nicht so viel mit. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten, die Nacht war ruhig. Alle Fenster haben Verdunklungen, zum großen Teil mit Motor. Übergabe von Codes für Schlüssel und Zugang war problemlos, eigener kostenloser Parkplatz neben dem Haus. 🙁 Spannbettuch für das Bett war viel zu klein, WiFi brach immer wieder ab, da wir nur das von Wohnung 7 sehen konnten. Anfrage diesbezüglich an Kontaktperson per WhatsApp wurde nicht beantwortet. Küchenausstattung minimal, besser essen gehen. Badezimmer mit merkwürdigen sichtbaren Installationen an der Wand unter dem Boiler. Trotz ausreichend Platz sind Badewanne und Dusche ziemlich klein und eng."

Gemütlich 5 "🙂 Gemütlich 5 liegt sehr nahe zur Innenstadt von Wissembourg (5 Minuten zu Fuß an der Lauter entlang). Ein Parkplatz steht direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Die Matratzen waren gut und alles war sehr sauber und modern. Trotz verkehrsreicher Straße und Nähe zur Polizei war es absolut ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen (Schlafzimmer zur Rückseite des Hauses gelegen). Auchan Supermarkt zwei Häuser weiter gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Tankstelle, Bahnhof und Lidl in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Codes für Einlass in das Haus und in die Wohnung kamen per E-Mail früh genug und funktionierten prima. 🙁 In Gemutlich5 gibt es kein WLAN. Trotz Kritik von vorherigen Mietern wurde die geringe Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien nicht verändert. Drei Müslischalen, abgezähltes Besteck, keine Schere, keine scharfen Messer, keine Salatschüssel waren auch uns zu wenig. Schade!"

Le prix raisonnable est un atout 🙂 Bel appartement moderne, spacieux et propre, bien chauffé et isolé, très bien situé près de la vieille ville et des commerces. Amabilité et réactivité de l'hébergeur. Prix très raisonnable pour cette ville touristique. 🙁 l'équipement était tout à fait insuffisant. Pas assez de vaisselle, ni de casseroles et autres (il y avait une petite poêle et une petite casserole pour faire la cuisine pour 4), aucun produit de base (ni sel ni poivre, rien, juste un peu de café !) pas assez de linge de toilette.. mais même alors que c'était la période de noël, l'hébergeur a fait un vrai effort pour nous permettre de passer quand même un bon séjour. Merci ! Nous avons aussi été surpris par la literie: dans une des chambres il y avait un très bon lit king size, mais dans l'autre c’était le même canapé lit que dans le salon, tous les deux extrêmement inconfortables, c'est vraiment dommage."

Apres 5 h de route pas tres envie d'avoir a mettre une housse de couette... C'est aussi ecrit serviztte a disposition. Heureusement que j'en avais prevu pq pas assez pour 3. Dommage. Et dans la seconde chambre il manque une table de chevet et lampe de chevet aussi. Obligé de faire nos installation nous meme. Dommage. Mais sinn tout c'est bien passé. Tres sécurisé et tres propre et neuf. Je recommande sans soucis"

Gemütlich 5 "🙂 Wir waren zum dritten Mal wegen des Kammermusikfestivals in Wissembourg. Letztes Jahr auch in Ihrem Haus. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man, wie wir , kein Auto hat: Dicht am Bahnhof, Auchan ganz nah und die Altstadt auch. Gemütlich 5 ist sehr großzügig für 2 Personen. Wir haben kaum gekocht, aber die Küche ist gut ausgestattet Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wahrscheinlich wieder! Vielen Dank! PS: Trotz der großen Hitze konnten wir das Apartment dank der Jalousien einigermaßen kühl halten! 🙁 Wenn man kaum kocht, gibt es zu wenig Geschirr."

Zu unserem Glück - war zeitgleich bei der Anreise ein französicher Geschäftsreisender vor Ort, der dann - an unserer Stelle - mit der nur französisch sprechenden Hotline von Bookig.com das Problem zu unserer Zufriedenheit dann noch lösen konnte."
