Beautiful condo in Tara Preserve Golf Community. Well maintained 3 bedroom 2 bath open floor plan, upper unit with cathedral ceilings and screened in lanai off the living room. Available June 1, 2024 thru October 15, 2024. Off season rates $90 per night. Also available January 6, 2025 thru February 15, 2025 for a minimum of 30 days at $200 pet night eith a 30 day minimum, Dates can be a little flexible. Overlooking the first green of the Tara Preserve Golf Course, best view in the entire complex. Short drive to Florida’s Gulf Coast best beaches or walk a few steps to your exclusive association pool. Perfect location for shopping, dining and golf. Spacious kitchen with all new appliances and a wrap around island with seating for 6 with an adjacent breakfast area with seating for 4 perfect for morning coffee while watching the golfers. Living room overlooks the lanai with a new 65 inch TV. Master bedroom with a king size bed has a walk in closet, tv, soaker tub, dual vanity and a oversized walk in shower. A second master bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, lanai, smart TV and large closet area. Third bedroom is smaller with a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses, smart TV, desk and lanai. This bedroom has a hanging clothes rack due to the locked owners closet. All mattresses and bedding is new. Tempur-Pedicure beds in 2022 and very comfortable with central air. Unit is fully furnished with everything including 3 bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and your own private new washer and dryer. Near Lakewood Ranch, St Armands Circle; Anna Maria Island and Long Boat Key. Located just south of Tampa airport and near Sarasota airport. This will be your home away from home, you won’t want to leave. Has a 1 car small garage and guest parking. Lots of wildlife to watch and a great community for walking. also has a small club house with a second pool, hot tub and tennis courts. We take great care of our unit. Seasonal rental available, reservations are not guaranteed until the final confirmation email has been received from unit owner. Minimum rental of 30 days, includes utilities. plus $150 cleaning fee. There is also a background check that you do through the condo association for $100 and the Florida state tourist tax on all rentals is collected through VRBO in addition to the nightly rental.

Lovely rental!

The property was wonderful (clean and nicely decorated). The host could not have been better. We were always in direct contact. No problems occurred during our stay.

We have been going to the Bradenton area for about 15 years. We love the beaches, golf, good food, the pool and nice quiet vacation spots. We just bought this beautiful condo from our friends who bought it when it was built about 15 years ago. It has been meticulously taken care of and it is a peaceful get away. We leave all of our stress behind as soon as we get there. It is very well stocked with everything you will need. The pool is smaller but there is hardly anyone ever down there. It is a quaint community that is very well cared for.

Why they chose this property

Very private and quiet. Great for walking or riding bikes. Close to anything you would want from great restaurants, shopping, golfing, great beaches and more people our ages. It is a little slice of paradise.

What makes this property unique

The condo is a great size and very spacious with an open feeling. We like nice things and comfy beds. It is so close to whatever you want and it is great to sit outside in the morning and watch the golfers.
