Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second queen bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Condo includes 2 designated parking spaces and has its own ground level locked storage for bikes/other gear.

Guests have private access to the entire unit 4 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 4. The bike wash is shared with the other 4 units in the building. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to go anywhere not located right downtown. Moab Area Transit is also an option.

The condo was clean and layout was perfect for 2 couples. The beds were very comfortable and the location was extremely convenient and everything was walkable to restaurants and shops, grocery store, close and convenient as well. Aches was 10 to 15 minutes away in canyonlands was about 35 minutes away.
The apartment is in an excellent location at walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment is roomy and comfortable. It could use more plates so you dont have to use the dishwasher after every meal when its half full. Highly recommend it.

Place was immaculate and in a great location in downtown Moab! We visited Arches and Canyonlands over Christmas break and the kitchen had everything we needed for Christmas dinner! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Moab!
Nice quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes outside of Moab. EV charger in garage was a game changer - no time wasted charging up in town. Great place all around.
The location is great. I’ve stayed in other places in Moab and I would say this is the best one yet. I will definitely stay here again. The place was within walking distance to anything you’d want to go to like the shops and restaurants. Very clean and overall would highly recommend. We loved it!!
Super cute condo, nestled in Moab’s beautiful downtown area. Easy access to restaurants & shops. Minutes from Arches National Park and short drive to Canyonlands National Park. Super clean and comfy. Hot tub was a bonus after a long day of hiking.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The condo is perfectly situated in the center of town, one block off the main road. It was quiet and yet easy to walk through town. The kitchen was equipped for us to prepare several large meals. And we regularly washed our dusty clothes which was appreciated. I highly recommend it
