Steps from the sand, (one block), with Ocean and Canal views, tons of light. All new appliances, new floors, paint, kitchen and bathrooms. MB - Brooklyn Bedding CA King Bed, 2BR - King Bed or two singles as preferred, Loft - sleeper sofa with stand-up desk, access to wet bar sink and deck. Deck includes outdoor sofa, table for 4, gas grill and privacy. Our wonderful work from home space offers a strong wifi network throughout the unit, a stand-up desk as well as a stationary desk. Furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bring your clothing and make yourself at home. Due to local regulations, we have a 30 day minimum stay required for this rental. Why they chose this property
Our condo is one of 8 privately owned units in the building about 99 steps to the sand. We are located on a lovely walk street 1/2 mile south of the Venice Beach Pier. I fell in love with this place the minute I walked through the door in the mid-90's, mostly because of the views and light inside as well as the location. We are a two story upper unit with beautiful views to the Grand Canal and beach.
What makes this property unique
Location is key for his unit. Walk street leading 100 steps to the sand where you'll find a gorgeous stretch of beach between the Venice Pier and Intercoastal waterway. The wide sandy beach offers views to Malibu, Catalina, and miles south on a clear day. It is common to see dolphins surfing the waves or a sailboat regatta from the beach. Early morning beachcombing for treasures include sea glass to unique shells are a favorite. In a 10 minute walk across the canal bridge to the marina with wonderful restaurants and a waterbus for $1 around the marina to various stops is the best kept secret in town.
