This turnkey one bedroom apartment is located 3 blocks away from the beach and right next to main street. The apartment is in a small quiet building and is set up for extended stays. It's the perfect home away from home. The unit is fully furnished and has all the essentials. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and a change of clothing!
Off street parking is available. Building has an onsite laundry room and internet.
I live close by and have a management team which is available at anytime in case of problems or concerns.
Guests will need to sign a standard residential lease prior to occupancy.
