The rental features a new kitchenette, bathroom, and in unit laundry area. The bedroom features a queen bed , built in storage, TV, and mirrored sliding door closet. The living space features sofa, large TV, drop leaf dining table that can function as a desk. Outside you will find a cafe' table for two set in a lower garden area. The property is close to Main Street, and an easy walk to the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Trendy Abbott Kinney is a less than a mile walk and features gourmet cafés, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and high end yoga studios. Quaint - Walk to beach and restaurants

My daughter and I really liked this property. It is small, but perfect for 2 people. It was nicely decorated and efficient. I would stay again. Just a heads up, there is a residence above this one so you might have some occasional noise. It was very clean and well maintained.

Beautiful area

We stayed 1 week in Devon’s place. The unit in this beautiful house was perfect for us. The shower could have been bigger. But having a washer/dryer and kitchen was very helpful. Thanks Devon!

Perfect for a relaxed stay, set in a mostly quiet street, close to beach and amenities. Had everything needed for a relaxed holiday. Only downside was no door between bedroom & living area, not ideal when 1 person is an early bird and 1 likes a lie in.

Great Little place

This property great for two people. Small but comfortable. Great eateries 2 blocks down and blue bus just around the corner to take you to the pier when you dont feel like walking.

Great Neighborhood and visit!

This unit was very clean, safe, and quite. The neighborhood is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, yet away from any busy, crowded, or heavy/loud car traffic. It is a modest (rather small) place, but really there's plenty of room for a couple. We'd certainly love to stay here again!

I felt at home. The coziest holiday apartment I ever had. Completely equipped with everything you need in excellent condition, very clean and functional, tastefully furnished and lovingly decorated. Also garbage disposal and everything about parking explained very well. No open questions and really nothing to complain about. Absolutely recommended and at any time gladly again !
