This newly decorated beach cottage unit is located in a trendy historic district that is just steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, yoga, and spas. It is a well- priced hotel alternative. The rental features a new kitchenette, bathroom, and in unit laundry area. The bedroom features a queen bed , built in storage, TV, and mirrored sliding door closet. The living space features sofa, large TV, drop leaf dining table that can function as a desk. Outside you will find a cafe' table for two set in a lower garden area. The property is close to Main Street, and an easy walk to the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Trendy Abbott Kinney is a less than a mile walk and features gourmet cafés, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and high end yoga studios. The property was exactly as described. Very well decorated which made it feel comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and drivable to the Getty Center and Villa. We did take a lyft to the Santa Monica pier because it is a bit far to walk and the price of parking at the pier is comparable. There are some decent restaurants within walking distance.As can be seen from the pictures the shower is small but I am over 6 feet tall and it worked fine. Street parking was a little annoying but we did not have any problems finding a spot. We had to be aware of street sweeping and move the car a few times.We could hear the people upstairs with kids walking on the floor early in the morning. It did not bother us but it could be an issue.Overall, very comfortable for 2 people. We would stay there again.

This space has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped for cooking all meals. Outside is a cafe table for two with views of garden beds teaming with flowers. Enjoy outdoor dining or morning coffee. There is a flat screen TV in the living area and bedroom. The unit has queen bed, two flat screen TVs, cable, DVD, VCR, washer/dryer in unit, dining table for 4, and fully equipped mini kitchen (2 burner stove top, micro/convection oven, sink with disposal). High speed internet, cable, all utilities, gardener, and residential parking permit are included.
