This newly decorated beach cottage unit is located in a trendy historic district that is just steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, yoga, and spas. It is a well- priced hotel alternative. The rental features a new kitchenette, bathroom, and in unit laundry area. The bedroom features a queen bed , built in storage, TV, and mirrored sliding door closet. The living space features sofa, large TV, drop leaf dining table that can function as a desk. Outside you will find a cafe' table for two set in a lower garden area. The property is close to Main Street, and an easy walk to the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Trendy Abbott Kinney is a less than a mile walk and features gourmet cafés, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and high end yoga studios. Great Neighborhood and visit!

This unit was very clean, safe, and quite. The neighborhood is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, yet away from any busy, crowded, or heavy/loud car traffic. It is a modest (rather small) place, but really there's plenty of room for a couple. We'd certainly love to stay here again!

Great spot, close to everything.

Perfect experience! Super clean, everything you need, & close to everything LA! Nice neighborhood, parking pass, and thoughtful accommodations pack this unit in a beautifully maintained cottage close to the beach. Will definitely recommend & stay on my next trip to LA.

Comfortable 2 night stay

This very well located and equipped apartment made for a very enjoyable 2 day/night stay that made it easy to explore Santa Monica and Venice by foot. It was also a short drive to other greater LA attractions. Devon was a great communicator prior to and during our visit. Thanks!

Quaint cozy lovely, great location

I stayed three nights, it is close enough to walk to Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. Stopped at a great little breakfast place on the way to Venice called Venice Flake, great food and coffee. The cottage is comfortable and has all you need. Devin is responsive and helpful. It was cuter than the pictures.

Fabulous location

Devon was a wonderful host! The property is clean and well kept and had everything we needed from a hair dryer to a little kitchenette so we were able to make breakfast! We were so close to the beach and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Devon went above and beyond when we had a celebration of life come up unexpectedly and helped adjust the length of our stay. We were here to visit our son and look forward to bringing the rest of our family to visit the next time we are in Santa Monica!

Perfect place and location

If I'm being critical, the photos of the property don't do it justice and the location is understated. This was perfect! A lovely bolthole for your short stay and the location in Santa Monica is absolutely perfect. Finally found the part of LA that really is worth coming back to. ❤️

Quaint Historic Treasure

This is truly a wonderful place to stay. Everything you need is in walking distance. All the properties in the area are rich with history and people love talking about it. Its truly a delight. The Host was FABULOUS and very attentive and concerned that all of our needs were met. Everyone could learn from her how to treat guests. We will definitely come back and will tell all our friends and family about this GREAT place.

Just the right location!

My husband and I stayed at Devon’s one bedroom, one bath spot for 10 days and it was just right for us. Devon has packed everything one could want into this little get away which is super close to Main Street. The bed was comfy, the closet had ample hangers, the AC unit was lovely, the stacked washer/dryer unit in the bathroom came in handy, the tiny kitchen area had everything even a two burner cooktop, dishes, pans, silverware, glasses, cups, coffee pot, etc. This is a small but mighty place to stay and we would love to stay here again. Devon is a delight to work with, very helpful and kind.

Lovely flat with everything you need

Easy to find in a great location Quiet neighbourhood. Clean flat with fabulous shower and full laundry facilities. All you need. ( lots of leaflets and info however a paper map would’ve been helpful. We walked straight into Venice Beach which was initially a shock to the system 😂. Wondered where the hell we’d come!! Soon got used to it though. Everything easy to get to on foot. Thank you for your hospitality

Everything was terrific! Devon was really communicative well advance of the trip, all the instructions and access was as explained, and the place was a perfect size for two people. Clean, simple cleanup instruction, and wonderful location.My wife and I stayed for four days total, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach, coffee, groceries, and great food options. Absolutely recommend this spot if you’re coming into town as a couple or solo!
