10 minutes to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Santa Monica and only 15 minutes to Beverly Hills.

Perfect for a family of four

Our stay in Marina del Rey was quiet and relaxing. The property was well-maintained and offered every amenity we could ask for. We wholeheartedly recommend this location in you're looking for a peaceful vacation rental.

Comfy LA flat with great kitchen

Very nice kitchen and good beds. The neighborhood isn't great but parking was fine and we drove elsewhere for walks. Lovely back patio and easy access to various LA excursions.

Outstanding rental, but…

Place was great. Cozy, awesome backyard w/hot tub. Close to the expressway, close to food, shopping, really anything. The ONLY issue we had is that I did not see anything in the description that the property would be occupied by the owners. We rent places that are not occupied by the owner. Safety is a big deal with two young daughters.

Great Location and host

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a lovely duplex that truly exceeded my expectations. The property was beautifully maintained, showcasing a clean and inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, including complimentary coffee that made my mornings even more enjoyable.One of the standout features was the private entry, which provided a sense of exclusivity and comfort. The backyard was a delightful space to relax, perfect for enjoying some fresh air and tranquility. Owner needed frequent access to inside, uncomfortable vibe. There was a damaged towel rack when we arrived, though still barely attached to the wall, now we're being charged for that.

Little Paradise

We had a wonderful week in this magnificent house fully equipped. Don’t bring your cooler there is one. Several towels and blankets. Very beautiful architecture with Californian accents, with large French doors and very well decorated. We felt at home there and very safe with electronic locks which are also very practical. Superb backyard very intimate fully equipped with spacious spa very clean, fire place, bbq and many tables and chairs. Very quiet and peaceful just like the neighborhood. Easy to park in the street and nearly all services. The hosts are very receptive to our requests and responded very quickly. We already miss this house, we highly recommend it.

A Little Bit of Europe at Marina Del Rey

We go to Europe a lot and it was interesting that our bungalow in LA felt like the places we stay in Europe. Top flight appliances, cool furniture, etc. In all, a great place to stay.

Der Aufenhalt in Marina del Rey war Perfekt. Das Haus was super für unsere Familie ( 2 Erwachsene 3 Kinder) Der Whirlpool ist sehr gross und super zum Entspannen. Das parkieren auf der Strasse ist überhaupt kein Problem. Restaurants kann man zu Fuss erreichen. ( ca 15 Minuten )Vielen Dank an Franco er ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Vermieter

Beautiful place

We loved the place and the outdoor area. Everything was beautiful and decorated perfectly. Very special place with a great comfy vibe! Close for us to visit Venice beach and Santa Monica- and even a 40 minute drive from Disneyland if you want to venture out for a day. Host was very nice when I spoke to her. Thanks for being a great host!

This is a beautiful place. Very quiet, peaceful and private. Perfect location. Franco was an excellent host (though we never saw or talked to him in person). Would definitely book here again!

Wonderful property

Great property. Check in was simple, hosts responsive to emails and instructions straight forward. The parking on the street not an issue. Clean, adequately stocked, spacious for our family of 4. Did not use hot tub, or outside area as weather was not great. But it looked very inviting. Enjoyed our stay.

My Husband and I didn’t feel comfortable. Had a feeling of being constantly watched. So much so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub. Too many stipulations.

Everything was great with this property , check in - easy , clean , well stocked , hot tub was great Only thing I would have to say negative - would be all 3 beds were very uncomfortable - I had back surgery and have a bad back- so if they aren’t comfy beds - very sore back.

Our Family’s LA Visit

We rented this property while we were in LA for my son‘s wedding. Franco, the property owner, was very flexible regarding check-in time so we were able to get into the property as soon as we arrived in LA. Franco also provided a portable infant crib for our new grandson. The property was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It had the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental property we have ever stayed at. One of the best features of this property is the wonderful outdoor space – many nice areas for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or sitting quietly to read a book. My son and his wife enjoyed the hot tub as well. Parking was never a problem. The neighborhood was safe with lots of amenities only a short drive away. We also appreciated the abundance of closet and drawer space in each bedroom. This property exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect for our family. My wife and I return to LA from time to time and will consider renting the property again even if it’s just the two of us.

Great location for visiting LA!

A very nice location for visiting LA! The house is very clean and is in a quiet neighborhood. The jacuzzi is definitely an added value and great to rest and relax after a day in LA. Location is very good, Venice Beach at five minutes, Santa Monica at ten minutes. But also the highways around LA are quickly accessible. The owner is very involved and friendly and gave us a good tip for a restaurant nearby: Casa Sanchez! Also quickly accessible and helpful. We could drop off our luggage earlier than the agreed time, which we really appreciated. In short: highly recommended for a stay in LA. We will definitely return here on our next visit to LA.

Excellent Stay

Franco's property was perfect for us. Easy to find and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The backyard area was wonderful. We loved the hot tub and the outside space. Would definitely recommend.
