Beautiful Tuscan Villa in Santa Monica, California.
Parking is in the driveway, one car.
Entrance: Front door, up the staircase to your private entrance.
Kitchen is fully equipped and opens up into the Living Room creating one large spacious room, great for Family Time. This wonderful space has panoramic views of the Santa Monica City and Ocean. Kitchen has Dish Washer, Large Refrigerator, Two counter tops, Microwave, stove, Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, Tea Pot and everything you will need.
Living Room has a big screen TV with a comfortable couch and two wing chairs. This couch turns into a Queen size bed and is brand new.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size Bed with bedding. Large Closet and two dressers with a balcony window for natural light which overlooks the West side of the City towards the beach.
Bedroom 2 had two twin beds with bedding. The two large size twin beds can be pushed together for a Queen size bed. Nice large closet and two Armoire.
Main Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Tub and a separate tiled shower.
Second Bathroom has beautiful tiled shower. There is 3 bedroom 3 bath. 3rd bathroom is on rooftop.
Breath taking Terrace with amazing views of Santa Monica Mountains and the Ocean with BBQ and an upper observation Deck.
Washer and Dryer.
The entire 2nd floor is rented has a private entrance.

We really loved the property: plenty of space. Wonderful roof terrace and safe neighbourhood. We also loved the area with restaurants in walking distance.

Our stay was great! The only thing thing that we were not aware of is that this is a shared house and one of the rooms in outside of the main area. Other than that everything was great!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The property was clean with plenty of room and the roof terrace was a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Brilliant location just around the corner from lots of lovely coffee shops, restaurants etc. 20 min walk to the beach, 30 mins to SM centre so electric scooters/bikes you can pay as you go came in very handy.

Our family stayed here to celebrate my son’s graduation from USC. Perfect location. The villa was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room with 3 bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely, completely and totally a wonderful experience. The location is perfect. Many of my LA commended me for choosing such a great area, and they were right. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there are very good restaurants and cafes within a 4 block radius, ranging from full dining, wine bars and to go. (Btw, I recommend checking out the exceptional happy hour at Sogno Toscana). The apartment is spacious and well equipped. I especially enjoyed the patio, where I spent afternoons reading. Last but not least, Sara is a terrific host and was attentive to any questions I had. My wife and I travel a great deal (I have already been 2x to Europe including Switzerland, France, Italy and Norway in the 1H 2025). This location reminded me of a month long 2023 stay in Villefranche-sur-Mer/Cap Ferrat. Actually, the restaurants and shopping are better in Santa Monica!

Perfect location

North of Montana is the best area to stay in Santa Monica. Walking distance to the Whole Foods, classic theater and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful dining on rooftop patio.

Incredible Home and Location

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful some for 3 nights with our 15 and 17 year old kids. The lay out was perfect for us. It was spacious and clean. the kitchen was well stocked with a nice view. The upstairs deck was outstanding, with the views of the city and sitting areas. The bed room off of the main area was great for our 17 year old. The location was the best area we've stayed at in LA. The street is so peaceful and quiet. Just walking up and down the street after dinner is a joy. There are many restaurants and shops walking distance. This is a jewel! Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in the heart of Santa Monica. Lovely roof deck with 360 views of Los Angeles. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Close to beach, shops, restaurants.

Nice house in Santa Monica

Sara and Joe have a lovely property in a nice location in Santa Monica. We stayed with 4 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The bathroom in the second bedroom is not a full bathroom. There is a very small room, where the baby stayed and there was a small shower and toilet in this room. We ended up sharing the main bathroom shower and we used the bathtub for the baby. The kitchen had a lot of useful items over and above basic dishes and silverware. We cooked a nice meal in the home. There is a beautiful deck with a nice size table and a bathroom in this area as well. The house was clean, neat, and was not cluttered. We had a very nice stay. Joe and Sara were hospitable and offered to be available if we needed them.

Beautiful house, great location

We loved staying in this grand house. Great location, with beautiful views from the top deck. The unit was very clean in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend staying here, although 1) the kitchen has the very basic pots, pans, and utensils with no storage containers or plastic wrap to save food, nor basic salt/pepper you would expect; and 2) the third room is detached from the main unit so not great for young kids. I agree that the description could be clearer to set expectations. Still, a great place for a visit to Santa Monica.

Beautiful terrace in the perfect location!

This is a beautiful house with a gorgeous terrace in one of the best neighborhoods in Santa Monica. The owners live downstairs and the apartment is upstairs and has a separate entrance. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the listing is a little misleading. The apartment has a nice master bedroom, a very nice master bathroom and a second bedroom with no windows and a tiny half bathroom (toilet and sink but no shower or bathtub). The third (very small) bedroom (with no closet) and the second full bathroom are outside the apartment and can only be accessed through an outdoor hallway. We were 2 couples, my husband and I, plus our son and daughter-in-law and we ended up all using the master bathroom. However, we really enjoyed the place and spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace!
