Our BEAUTIFUL home, located in the heart of Santa Monica, is just a block from the beach and the BEST restaurants and shopping.
Only a couple of minutes walk from the Santa Monica Boardwalk and Pier, it really is the perfect location for families with children!
With a 2 car garage, central air conditioning, bikes for our guests, bbq grill and two roof decks, you can't help but love our home as much as we do!

This meticulously appointed 3,000+sq ft contemporary style beach house has 3 bedrooms + den and is located in the heart of Santa Monica.
Our spacious 2-story home has some amazing features including; a 2 car garage, fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings and loft with a real glass see-through floor! We also provide bikes and beach supplies.
You must check-out the spectacular views of ocean sunsets or city lights from one of two rooftop patio decks.
Stroll over one block to Main St. for food and fun, wander down the beach to Venice or the Santa Monica Pier; you will feel like you're practically a local!
Fully air-conditioned (a must in Santa Monica), this is the perfect location for families, business travelers or other groups.

Please note: Bedroom 3 has a three level bunk bed; your kids will love it, but it's not recommended for adults.

Host lives on-site and will be present throughout the visitor’s stay.
Host has a private room with a separate entrance and security door.
Guest has use of the rest of the house. House has two-car garage.

Please note: No visitors without the express permission of the Host. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
Guests will be required to provide ID/DL and may be required to sign a separate contract agreeing to abide by all rules.

We loved the house, it was perfect size for our group of 5, and had great amenities; including roof top deck and pool table. The house is comfortable, well stocked and very well located. There is a bit of street noise on the side of the house that faces a busy road, but it wasn’t a big issue. Walking distance not only to the beach but to many shops and restaurants on Main St!

This is where you want to stay....

This house is spacious with a really fun configuration and the beach is only a short walk away. One of the rooftop patios has a clear view of the ocean. Olga was an amazing host. She checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. There are also some great restaurants and coffee shops close by. We can't recommend this place enough.

This house was the perfect place for our family of 5 to escape to for the week for Spring Break. There was more than enough room for all of us and we enjoyed extra perks like the rooftop deck and pool table. The proximity to restaurants, beach and freeways was a huge help. Stunning Home & Location

From start to finish this was the easiest stay thus far. The home was even better in person. The Hosts were exactly what all hosts should be. They met us upon arrival and checked in with us during the stay. Everything was easy and we could focus all our attention to our family vacation! Definitely will be staying at their properties again.
