Welcome to the PacificDreamVenice

Incredible light and space in this 2000 square-foot seaside, two-story condo. The open floor plan and loft-style living room and game room with 16 ft windows make this home ideal for families or groups – plenty of room to entertain, relax and enjoy your stay!

Only ½ block to one of the best beaches in LA! Enjoy a daily walk on the Venice Pier for sunsets and checking out the surfers up close. A main strip with tons of restaurants, shops, surf lessons, bike rentals, etc. is only 3 blocks away. The marina with sailing, stand-up-paddle, fishing, boating is less than a mile away. The home is fully equipped with wifi, Roku TV, BBQ, pool table, games, fireplace. There is one gated parking space that fits a suburban or smaller for your convenience.

The loft game room has a pool table, darts, board games and a tv.

There are two outdoor spaces – the upstairs patio with tables & chairs and another balcony right off the kitchen with a gas BBQ grill.

The condo has a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking and includes dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender, pots/ pans, dishes, starter spices and a wine fridge. And we always provide a shampoo, soap and coffee for your stay.

The game room has a full-sized futon that can be pulled out for sleeping.

What a wonderful place to call home for a week! The condo is inviting, quiet and homey. It was stocked with everything you need for a vacation.You are literally steps from a quiet stretch of Venice Beach which is great for bodysurfing on one side, and regular surfing on the other. The keyless entry means you don't need to walk out the door with anything other than a bathing suit and towel. It's close to so many restaurants and markets, and the unforgettable experience of taking in Sunset on the Venice Pier with a whole cast of amazing characters. And if you want to experience the full nuttiness of the Venice Boardwalk, it's a 5 minute walk. And don't miss the Venice Canals, which will make you wish you had a spare couple of million to buy a home in paradise.We would go back in a second!

Ideal location

We were in the area for work so didn't really get to enjoy all that the house had to offer, but did get to take a walk on the beach and pier which was only a block away. One parking spot in the garage and no problem parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Venice Beach Getaway

Great location two blocks from beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Property had everything we needed wirh plenty of room for guests to spread out. Good communication with owner who made sure our stay was a good one. Overall, a great property and location just south of the hustle and bustle of Venice Beach. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect! it’s right next to the beach in a location that is not overwhelmingly touristy. We were walking distance to plenty of food and a short ride to some other meal spots. Nicole was communicative and super helpful from the time we booked until we checked out. Could not recommend enough!

Game Room was a hit!

Grandkids really enjoyed organizing a pool tournament for us. Nice location for a walk to the beach and to pick up dinner. Really appreciated the list of 'owner favorites' in the notebook. It was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The weather wasn’t super warm but we still enjoyed Venice and this condo. The pool table was such a fun addition- it really helped fill some down time! It was a very spacious, quiet and clean space. Would definitely stay here again.

Little gem at Venice beach!

Can’t say enough about the host and this get-away. Location was great, and amenities in the condo were great- kitchen stocked with everything you need from spices , to lots of pots, pans ,etc. All beds sooooo comfy- very clean and the host was responsive and so helpful when it came to things to do! Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area - close to lots of shopping , food and close enough to downtown LA, but far enough away as well:). Had a blast!

Great base for a relaxing break.

The property was perfect for us, a family group of 5 adults. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and the location was excellent, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a range of bars, shops and restaurants. Yes, as some previous reviews have mentioned, it is a bit tired and the blown glass in the large windows is an eyesore but the positives outweigh the negatives.
