Beach House w/ Home Theater! 2023 Upgrades!
My Amazing Modern Beach Home is on a beautiful clean street, in the perfect location.
We just finished the renovations. It looks amazing.
We installed new bathrooms, kitchen and floors and a Home Movie Theater.
The Beach is right in front of the house.
Roof Deck with View, outdoor kitchen and 2 fire pits.
Open the gate to the beach, or stroll along the Venice Canals. Walk to the Venice Board Walk and Abbott Kinney Street, with restaurants and shopping. Bike on the Famous Santa Monica Strand bike path to the Santa Monica Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade: these are the things I love about the location of my beach house.
The house comes fully loaded with everything you need for a vacation.
The inside is very nicely decorated and comfortable for a family with kids. I have 4 children so I understand what it is like to travel with kids.
Comfortably sleeps 6-7 adults in beds, however, it can accommodate up to 10 or more if you have a lots of teen kids that don't mind sleeping on the floor.
3 full bedrooms plus a loft/office (this loft can be a 4th bedroom)

***This is and exclusive 3 million dollar Beach House that requires host approval. The price will range from $695 per night to $2000 per night. I do offer short vacation rentals but the auto quote may not be right. Please message me with information about your group and plan. I'm trying to avoid my beach house turning into a party house. I have allowed friend gatherings for short stays on occasion but this is a special request and is not take lightly. The nightly cost with vary based on the size of the group, the length of stay and the time of year. This is an amazing home and location I look forward to meeting you at check in!

I'm am and engineer, a designer and own a real estate investment company. The WCI Group (West Coast Investment Group) based in Santa Monica. We have lived in the locally here for 21 years. But mostly I'm a dad, husband and coach for my sons youth football teams!
Why they chose this property
We are a little picky on who we rent to. We want to make sure the neighbors are not disturbed so we don't allow parties or loud renters. Its a fun area and a great street. We want to keep it this way. Please Send me a message and 99% of the time it works out!
What makes this property unique
This is one of the best beach houses you can rent. The location is very special. The ocean is on the west side of the house and the Venice Canals are on the east side of the house. So it has water on both sides of the house. The street it is on is one of the best street in all of Santa Monica, Venice and Marina Del Rey. It is clean, bright, quite with no traffic, yet it is close to the action with restaurants, shops and the start of the Venice boardwalk just 4 blocks away. The beach in front of the house is equally wonderful. It is wide enough with ample sand for sandcastle building, multiple volleyball courts ready for action, life guard towers to keep us safe, and a current that is safe but also great for boogie boarding!
