The home spans 5 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the 5th floor/roof being the terrace (please be aware of the stairs- if anyone in your party has any health problems that may prevent them from easily using stairs, this property is not the right fit for you). There is a private gated driveway for the building, and a private 2 car garage for your use on the property.

There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.

No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 7 people allowed in the house
No music after 10pm
Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before check in - $90 per pet/per day
Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!


Please note that our cancellation policy states full refund if you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival day. Refunds can take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation to be processed.
