Situated between Manhattan Beach and Marina Del Rey/ Santa Monica. 5-10 minutes from LAX and Venice Beach. Walk a few Steps to the sand and hear the Ocean Waves from your own home.

Beach chairs and sand toys at the house. Bike path takes you along coast both south Manhattan Beach/Redondo/Hermosa and north for 10 -20 miles ( Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Malibu). You can rent Bikes at Daniels Rentals 13737 Fiji Way Marina Del Rey,

There is new air conditioning but you rarely will need it being a few feet from the Ocean. Air conditioning now allows you to close the windows at night to reduce the disruption from the airplane noise. We do ask that you please turn off the air during the day when all the windows are open. The air system can't keep up when cooling the outside air all day long.
You are quite close to LAX so you will hear and see the planes taking off from LAX when you are outside (Many people find it Spectacular to watch). When you are inside there is not too much plane noise and when windows are closed most people can't hear them.
The Lower back cement area is for our family personal use. All the upper and lower decks and are all for the guest to enjoy privately.

Numerous grocery stores including Trader Joe's Bristal Farms, Ralphs and TJ Maxx and Kohls Dept stores within a few miles. Beach chairs, towels and toys available.

Guest access
There is a exterior room in the lower back which is for our private use and a completely separate entrance from the home that we have access to and occasionally stay in. There is no common entrance or door adjoining the two areas.

TV, Wi-Fi, and phone with a kitchen complete with dishes, glassware, pots/pans and utinsils, coffee maker, and blender, kitchen with granite countertops and bar stools, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Washer Dryer.
Towels and bed linens are provided. Long 3 car private driveway. Plenty of guest parking both in the driveway as well as on the street. In Playa Del Rey it's Never too hard to find street parking.

Other things to note
I have details listed out that are provided for you at our home. Please no parties or large group get togethers. We monitor the house very closely and neighbors all look out for each other. Any slight sign of a large party and the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately !
